History

Established in 2005.

I started Tbone Technologies when I was studying Computer Science at UCSC. Technology can be incredibly daunting at first to work with. Many people rely on their computers and productivity can be brought to a stand still if the machine is brought down, through hardware or software issues.

To expand my knowledge and to help others in need of tech support I created Tbone Technologies. It allowed me to help out neighbors and businesses in my area while I was obtaining my degree. Now that I’m out of school I am kept up the business to help out my neighbors in the Bay Area.

Sometimes the solution can be very simple and quick, if you have the know-how to do so.

Meet the Business Owner

Tyler C.

Business Owner

My name is Tyler Cooper and technology support has been my life for nearly a decade. I grew up fascinated by the complexities of computers and spent many hours tinkering on my machine. I soon became the most computer-savvy person in my family and discovered I loved helping others discover the wonders of computers by helping them with the problems they encountered on their machines.

After many years of learning about computers on my own I chose to receive formal education at the University of California Santa Cruz and received my Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science in 2007. Throughout my schooling I worked on UC Santa Cruz’s internal IT team to provide support for fellow students and staff. Then upon graduation I provided tech support at Google for 3 years. I now provide tech support at a private school full time, but I am available on nights and weekends to provide freelance tech support.

I am passionate about computers and love sharing my passion with others.
