Target Zero Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning

Amazon voucher. Same story. Did not even meet the requirements of the voucher. Cut a hole in my return duct and ripped paint off my wall when removing return cover. Stay away at all cost. They use the voucher system to sell overpriced services and pressure you on the spot to try to buy additional services or else you money is «wasted.»
Trust w reliable source for your services. Not these clowns.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Same story as the other folks who bought the Amazon Local voucher… They did not return my multiple calls.

Like other people that have reviewed this company, I too would give them zero stars if possible. I, like others that have left reviews, had purchased a voucher in November 2013. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a week, but so far no one has returned any of my calls. They state in their message that they will return calls within 48 hours, but if you are calling to redeem a voucher, they will return your call «at their earliest convenience». Well, after a week of waiting and reading unfavorable reviews, I decided to call Amazon and request a refund, which their 24 hour customer support center was able to help me with (this was at midnight!). I highly suggest that anyone that got the same $ 29 deal from them for Target Zero do this as well. From the sound of it, they will either not return a call, not show up if you DO happen to get in touch with them, or the work will end up costing a lot more than the $ 29 you originally paid for the voucher.

I would put a ZERO star if i can. I bought a voucher at amazon local last Nov 18, 2013. Ever since i’ve been trying to reach them and hopefully setup an appointment, but these guys never pick up their phone. It had been 2 months of calling them almost every week, and I would always leave a voicemail with my name and phone number, but never heard from them either. I got tired, and decided to contact amazon local and ask for a refund. DON’T FALL FOR THESE GUYS! THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not waste your time or money. I bought their deal through amazon local, got their soonest appointment, which was about six weeks out, and was then unable to reach them. I made an evening appointment, which didn’t seem too convenient for them, and ended up being home that day so I called to tell them they could come out earlier. I left a message that was never returned, and every time I called their phone went directly to voicemail. I understand they may be busy, but a business needs more than a number that goes directly to voicemail and says they will call you back withinin 48 business hours. An hour after my appointment time they still had not showed up. The guy finally called me to say «uh, I’m running late.» I let him know that that information would have been helpful more than an hour ago, as at that point it was an hour late and he was still at his previous site. He told me he could still come, but the appointment would take up to three hours, which would put him at my house until at least 10pm. I called amazon and got my money back. Really wish I hadn’t spent six weeks waiting for these clowns when I could have used another company and had this done by now.

Doug and his crew were early! They called to confirm that was okay and then showed up shortly there after.
We heard about the service through an Amazon local deal. After an inspection of our ducts we were told we needed a lot more work than the coupon was for. Fair enough — our ducts had never been cleaned. They worked with us a on price we felt comfortable with and then got to work.
It took less time than expected, which was great. Time will tell, but the air in our place does feel cleaner (I was having pretty bad allergic reactions to former owners’ cat dander).
