This location is hit or miss. I went in this past Sunday to redeem a free drink and to get a donut. The person at the register was chatting with some girl and he gave me a look like I was bothering him by taking my order. I paid using my app and told him twice that I had a free drink so he can make sure to change me correctly. Well he did not! I checked my account balance and he changed me for the drink that I was to have gotten for free. Even though I live about a mile from this location I will never go back again. At least the Tinley Park location gets their orders right so they will be getting my business.

They made my coffee taste like crap ew
How can you mess up simple coffee drinks.
It’s odd that the coffee at this location taste weird compare to the other dunkins .
The girl at drive thru has trouble listening and the staff does not know how to make drinks right.

Hate to complain but this Dunkin donuts is one of the worst I’ve been to. The staff is rude and they never get my order right. It’s 2 donuts, not very difficult. Sometimes I get the Coolata (a slushie, small is $ 4) and they fill it 75% full. Not a big difference but it’s more than annoying. They did it again today. The drive thru is pretty slow as well. Bad start to my morning

I’m putting two stars because the employees try their best for good service but don’t necessarily provide the best service they can. On the other hand the manager or owner of this particular Dunkin Donuts is horrible. Whenever he works the drive thru window, He never remembers the orders. I ordered a sandwich with a coffee and he didn’t put the sandwich in the back and I ended up driving home until I noticed. I went back and he never apologized. Not the first time this happened, but will be the last because I won’t be back.

Horrible. Got watered down coffee multiple times from this location. didnt even taste or smell like coffee. Whoever owns or manage this store is a deceptive POS. Reporting to DD corporate. f’ing franchisees. Starbucks does it right.

Ordered a coffee and one of the ham egg and cheese wraps. The older lady who was making it puts it in the little paper holder and when she goes to put it in the bag she drops it on the floor. Then she picks it up and puts it in the bag and hands to the drive thru girl to give to me. I said you know she dropped it on the floor right and I am not taking it. The lady who dropped it shrugs and laughs. Made me another one which it was reluctant to eat and I will never go here again.

Is there a place for zero stars? I’m updating my review. This is still one of the worst dunkin donuts around. All I ever want is a vanilla iced coffee. I’ve gotten hot coffee, regular, and even an orange juice because they don’t listen. Her name is Moochie or mucha … And she hasn’t once got an order right. I avoid this location at all costs. I even got a donut with pink paper stuck to it. But please avoid this one at all costs. 147th and Lagrange is MUCH BETTER :)

As far as dunkin donuts are concerned, i am not the biggest fan of them but when I need coffee ASAP there is usually always one close by fro me to stop and get my fix. This location is walking distance to my home so I frequent it more than usual. however the staff here really does not have that much of a sense of urgency at all so you you will be waiting longer than usual.
