I have going here for 7 years, Ever since I met my husband. We have always had good service. Our orders were always simple. Last week I took our expensive 600 dollar duvet comforter in for cleaning. I went in today to pick it up and it was stained and wrinkled. When I asked for the item to be recleaned he had to make a phone call first before he agreed. Then he wanted payment before the item was recleaned.
This is not service at it’s best. He should of offered to re-​do it himself. I should not have to ask. I am thinking I should of taken it some where else and brought them the bill afterwards. I am picking it up on Saturday I will let you know what happens.

I recently had 4 pairs of pants altered here. The service was friendly and quick. The pricing is fair, and the work was done perfectly. Glad to have such a great place for alterations in the neighborhood.

I’ve been going here six years and now go out of my way to have them clean my clothes and my wife’s clothes. They do an excellent job, even with tough stains. They’ve done suits for me, my old leather coat, my wife’s coat, even alterations. Very friendly, though since they do everything in house in can be over a week sometimes, but its worth the wait.
