Bubbles Pet Spa in Palos Verdes is located inside «Pet Foods Market» in Lunada Bay.

Bubbles Pet Spa is more than a grooming salon, it’s a spa! There is nothing more important to us than the well being and comfort of your pet. This is why we offer quick in/​out service reducing your pet’s stress. Also, we only have one groomer work on one dog at a time, allowing our staff to focus on your pet’s unique needs.

To make the visit as convenient as possible we have added extra service like, pick-​up/​delivery (Monday through Thursday), online appointments ²⁴⁄₇ and great rewards with our Club Membership.

History

Established in 2005.

Owners and their beloved pets… this is what makes our world go around. Bubbles Pet Spa is a business aimed at making the dog-​washing chore easier on the pet owners, their wallets and the pets themselves.

Founded by Marcelo and Marco Lalau, Bubbles Pet Spa’s vision is to become a premier pet washing center where customers have an array of choices when considering their pets bathing and styling needs.

Bubbles Pet Spa knows how important your pet is to you and your family. For that reason, our facilities are designed so you can see where your pet is at all times (no back rooms). We make the pet’s visit with us as short as possible in order to reduce stress and anxiety for the pet during the visit. This is the reason we make appointments throughout the day and offer in-​and-​out service with the Hydro Bath. We keep our facilities well lit, clean and our knowledgeable staff can direct you to the right service for your pet.

Business Owner

A South Bay resident who graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in marketing, he stumbled into the pet spa business ten years ago when he and his older brother, Marcelo, decided they could not find a decent place to take their German Shepard, Kona.

So they opened their first location in Torrance, CA and stuck to their competitive difference of having: Open layout (no-​backrooms), One groomer, One dog at a time policy, and Quick in-​and-​out service.

In a few years Bubbles expanded to include 5 locations, including 4 in the Southbay area. In 2009, Marco was invited to compete on Animal Planets «Groomer Has It» where he ranked six place among the top groomers in the country.
