The service is horrible all around from installation problems, constant technical issues to customer service reps with an attitude. I actually asked the rep if I would be refunded for the amount of time I’m without service and he laughed. If it weren’t for the fact that I live in a complex with no other alternatives I would cancel this second. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m sick of big businesses that are unable to provide just basic services.

Telephone Service is worse than poor. Additionally: three appointments now for cable installation to bedroom TVs with mini boxes. Three times they sent someone who only knows how to do mini boxes and promises I’ll be contacted on the next business day to sort this out. Instead I receive an email saying my installation is now complete. Go Figure.

Got the fancy alarm system. Less then 36 hours and the AC is stuck in ON position and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes. This is horrendous! I need to be up for work @ 4AM. I WANT THIS STUFF OUT OF MY HOUSE! I should have known better then to trust any internet company to actually do even a vaguely decent job. I’m pretty sure Greece, Haiti and Botswana ALL have better service then this. I hope this sounds as truly angry and disappointed as I actually am! I’m pretty sure if the Dept of Water and Power here in LA took all of this over, they would do a better job. Hey, could not be any worse!!!

Cox is upside down with customer service. They would rather lose your business of $ 2400 a year than give you a month of service credit for having internet only in your living room because technician hooked up incorrect wireless box for one year tried to have fixed in a three bedroom, they gave me a $ 30.00 credit for the whole year. Your nothing amazing. Great job on loss of a paying customer. Who cares right! Saved $ 80.00 but lost $ 2320. Great Job!!!

Feel lied to. Was lied to. New customer. I was specific about what channels I wanted, thought we had a deal, was promised HBO added as a promotion. Had to call back to get that. Then bill showed up $ 35 more than promised. Was told I had special sports and entertainment packages, and they were charging me $ 10 for HBO. I said I wanted the price I was promised, so everything that was dangled in front of me to sign up was removed to get the promised price. Even the 12 month HBO promo was not honored. I just want my Sci-​fy and BBC back. Can’t wait to dump this service. Feel hosed. Was hosed. Stay away from these liars.

The office folks at this location seem fine but unable to get service to you if it has failed.
Cox Field Service performance is lousy.
Cable/​phone was done for one (1) WEEK while the customer service office kept telling that the technician would be there tomorrow in the pm for seven (7) days. The service department runs on their on schedule and does not follow-​up on its «technicians» to see it the work was actually done as promised or if they even showed up at all.
If DISH ever gets there internet act together customers will leave Cox Cable in droves.
Call your city councilman to air your complaints, Cox does not want to hear them.
