Wow. I can’t even begin to explain the negative experience my party and I had with this horrible «company.» Like a poster below, we also had Steve. We hired him to take our bridal party from Seaside to Panama City. At first, everything was fine. Steve was a kind driver and offered to take our party’s picture in front of the limo. After about two hours, the limo «broke down,» and Steve turned into a completely different person. He was RUDE, condescending, and left ELEVEN girls stranded in Panama City with absolutely no way to get home. He wouldn’t send us another car or let us speak to the owner/​supervisor. We were all absolutely terrified and ended up having to take a taxi van back home.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you want to be stranded without any options. AWFUL.

Terrible customer service sums up this business. First off, we used their limo service for a bachelorette party for my sister. Yes, that means we were going to get a little wild, but we still remained respectful. Plus, one of the bridesmaids was pregnant so she didn’t drink (obviously).
Our driver was Steve, and he was alright at first, and throughout the night he began to get cranky and rude. One of the champagne glasses was accidentally broken in the back. The first thing he said was «that’ll be $ 5, I heard it break, don’t try to hide it». First off, we didn’t care about the $ 5. We cared about girls in the back wearing flip flops and the broken glass on the floor (which we began to immediately clean up and it wasn’t a big deal). He could have been a little nicer or at least close the privacy window.
My biggest pet peeve however was that after my friend and I walked away from the limousine after settling all of our payments, he yelled for us to come back, which we did, and he charged us $ 100 extra for one of the girls who hurled in the back (95% of it was made into a bag, and just a little bit was in one of the cup holders. The way he handled the situation was just very accusatory. I paid $ 100 extra on my card and we finally left. We didn’t tip him any extra either because the 20% gratuity was already added in and he didn’t even deserve that frankly.
The next day I got a little worried that the $ 100 extra was charged on a second transaction so I called the company to make sure he didn’t put it into the system as a tip for him. (Limo drivers can be shady in this way so I wanted to double check). The man I talked to said he would talk to Steve and get back to me. The next day I called again because he never called me back and he told me he would call me in a couple of hours because Steve had not gotten back to him yet. Well, this was my sisters wedding day, and he still never called me back (now a week later).
Choose another service for a fun night out. Don’t go here.
