Bought a beautiful queen palm last year. We had cold winter and the palm tree died. I called multiple times for them to check out the tree and they never did, I had to finally stop by to show pictures. They refused to honor warranty within warranty period. Asked for a discount on new one… told me to pound sand. But offered to remove the dead tree for $ 175…I am not going back
