Doc Flores have been my doc for years now. He delivered my baby 4y ago. He is always professional and if you have a question he will always give you the best answer possible. When you have a concern you can always ask him and he will give you the best way to resolve your issue. As of for the waiting time, it can be a little better but i dont mind waiting because I know there’s not other Doc better than Doc Flores! The MA are always nice with me, Maira and the other ladies that work there (dont know their names bc no name tag) are good and professional. They all seen to me, that they all know their jobs well. 5stars for Doc Flores and his Crew! :)

The doctor is a very good, he answers all questions and concerns. The reason I gave this place such a low rating is because the Medical Assistant here are completely rude. They know the doctor is running late and they don’t have the decency to call the clients and let them know. I arrived here 15 min before my appointment and I still had to wait over an hour when I went to ask the MA what time the doctor would get here she said I don’t know I just got back from lunch. The «phlebotomist» at this place cannot draw blood to save her life. My previous visits she tried drawing my blood 4 different times reusing the same needle and was still unable to. And the next time I came she didn’t even bother doing it.
