I was just in LA for the weekend and was looking to eat something quick before my meeting so i went Carls Jr. and ordered 1 big cheeseburger and 1 sprite and onion rings. I got a small hamburger without any side and no cheese + no onion rings. When i asked whats going on they didnt even care and was very rude to me. Will never go there again.

Worst experience ever!!! My wife ordered #16 through the drive-thru, paid, and drove away. She then drove home and began to eat her meal. As she bit the center of the burger, she felt something very hard. It was a freaking the cap(top) to what she believes to be a tartar sauce bottle cap(I HAVEPICTURES). FML! She called Carl’s Junior and requested to speak to the manager. The lady(a supervisor) over the phone was extremely rude and she answered with, «Well you can just call on Tuesday if you want.»(Two days from now!).

Ever watch a Carl’s Jr commercial where a hot super model is taking a huge bite of a thick juicy burger? My video is NO different. I ordered the original thick burger. It was huge, full of toppings, and juicy as hell. When you’re in LA there are better food options but Carl’s Jr makes a damn good burger. We’ll worth it. Now watch my video

Lmao Randy! You were just there for that! Lmao! Okay, this Carl’s Jr. is a complete mess. One day I came in here because my little sister wanted something to drink, and being the good big brother Iam I gladfully took her inside the«well-established place». Little did I know something unexpected happened. There was a guy screaming and flailing around and uttering cursing words at an alarming rate of 10 wpm, saying eff this, eff that. Lmao. My sister got pretty scared so I had to cover her behind me from this lunatic that looked like he was clearly on drugs. The guy was apparently fighting with some skater for no reason, and while that guy was doing that, I was trying to act civilized and buy a small drink for my sister. Then this guy LITERALLYWASSCREAMINGNEXTTOUS and I pretended he didn’t exist lmao. You should’ve seen how scared my sister was gripping my t-shirt that day. The employee helping me was kinda scared too lmao. As soon as they left and I bought the drink for my sister, I told her: «You see? That’s what happens if you wanted to buy a drink at Carl’s Jr. LOL» What a riot. –Dylan Ignacio

Dear Carls Jr., False advertising is not appreciated. Please remove all promotional signs that you do not honor. I went in for a spicy chicken sandwich priced at 1.25 and left spending 2 with tax. While I can afford the extra 75 cents, that’s not the point, and I don’t appreciate the deception. Now I’m skeptical about whether any of your deals are ongoing or expired. I really hope you change your business practices for the better. Utterly disappointed, Amberlin

Management is very incompetent, they messed up my order, and did not want to fix it saying«it’s gone» whatever that means, don’t go to this one

The order taker, obviously new because she had to ask about everything, could not care less about taking the order. We had to tell her twice for most things. My 10 year old actually asked if we could go to another location. No thank you came with our meals OR a smile. I said thank you. She said, uh huh. The manager walked the bag to us. Not that we’d want to talk to that cold b*tch clerk. The kids meals prices are not on the menus. And the prices are outrageously high. I asked about the chicken nuggets and she had to call the manager. $ 17 was way too much money for that treatment for 2 partial meals.

Now I do not expect much from fast food places I mean what can you really expect right? But this location should be closed down. I usually love Carls but refuse to go to this location again. Every time me and my boyfriend go we end up waiting in the drive thru for our food for over 20 minutes which we would understand since it was slow and hey our food will come out really fresh. This is never the case we always wait way to long and somehow our food is cold and taste very old. I think this location just never gets enough business. Our burger buns are always stale and just nasty. We now drive much farther to another location if we have a craving for a yummy Bacon Western.

Awful service. I was the only car in drive thru and it took 7 mins and 49 seconds to get my order. It was worse sitting in my car and watching everyone having a convo in Spanish and laughing when my food should be getting prepared. I was astonished that such lazy people still have jobs here.

Total and complete rip-off. Their menu states one price and you get charged a higher price, usually 20% more. I ordered the grilled fish combo listed for $ 5.99 and I was billed $ 6.89 +tax. I specifically pointed out the discrepancy to the cashier and his response was, «that’s the tax bro!» The menu board clearly reflected $ 5.99. Then his explanation was, «that’s the way it is, what do you want me to do?» I tried to speak with a manager, who surprisingly was not available. I decide to cut my loss and call it a day and move on. You have been warned! Check your receipt.

The second Panorama City Carl’s Jr, on Woodman Avenue just North of Roscoe, is a big step up in cleanliness, ambiance and clientele from the original store on Roscoe and Lennox. The Woodman store is patronized by Panorama City’s large Filipino community. On a Sunday night visit the dining area is filled with cheerful, sociable young people, nicely dressed. Many diners speak Tagalog. Spotlessly clean tables, soft music low enough not to disturb conversation, frigid air conditioning on a hot night. The Unilocalers who didn’t like the Roscoe store should come here.

One side item that sets Carl’s Jr from the rest is their beloved Fried Zucchini! Little fried circles of zucchini perfectly breaded, and perfectly sized to dip into their little ranch containers. These things are super tasty, and if you really like them you can sub them in a combo instead of those terrible natural cut fries Carl’s is trying to push on us. One warning though if you decide to try the amazing Fried Zucchinis — WAITATLEAST5MINUTES before even touching them, or you’re gonna really burn your mouth!!! I’ve made this mistake hundreds of times. I always know it’s gonna happen, but i just can’t wait to savor the flavor! Learn from my stupity and enjoy!

Carl’s Jr. is one of the best valued fast food restaurant chains that I go to. If you want a good Value Menu, then this is definitely the place. The 99cent BACONRANCHCHEESEBURGERISBOMB! Cmon 99 cents for this burger?! This is definitely the best 99cent burger at ANY fast food chain restaurant hands down that seems to always be 99cents at any Carl’s Jr. in the valley. **Ask for BBQ sauce and add it to your burger and you have yourself a 99cent Western Bacon Chesseburger! w/ranch of course. mMMMMmmmmm. It seems that most of the Carl’s Jr’s in the valley have the same value menu items and prices but outside of the value, I have encountered Carl’s Jr’s in Santa Monica that do not really have much of a 99cent value menu. So lucky us, let’s not take it for granted. =] Best value. Good food. Drive through. Awesome 99cent items. Sold. _JoCo

What is up with the Returning the Coupon?! I LOVEIT! My previous review of the North Hollywood Carl’s Jr. was the original use of the Free Medium Drink with a purchase of a Chicken Salad coupon. Oh well, THANKSCARL’S JR! This weekend is the worst since I am getting ready to travel back and forth to Valencia. So, I needed to stock up on pre-made SALADS! I would be going to CostCo and Carl’s Jr because they have damn good salads. This Carl’s Jr is light on traffic because the nearby St. Genvieve is still in session at lunch time, but after 2pm, Woodman is packed with people going home or to Seafood City. I ordered like I said in the beginning. I ordered a Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad($ 5.39) and got a free medium drink($ 1.99 without coupon). The total was $ 5.92 with tax. This is the best salad that I have eaten in awhile, but I am sure that its not a health salad.lol. The cashier, Monica, was cute, but I was unable to see her face. My car was low and I am a big guy and I can’t see anything above my car. Oh well, hopefully I go inside next time. I have had no problems here in the past and will stop by from time to time. Just beware after 2pm on any day. Woodman becomes a pain to exit with all the traffic. Parking is always plenty. Have Fun here and Keep Unilocaling!
