I really didn’t know what i was buying and i really feel Tifani wasn’t that sure about what she was selling. I now have a defiant tank that i simply cannot use AND I’m out $ 35.
I am so disappointed. I understand not being able to return it… but seriously… not even being able to exchange it for another tank… because you can’t re-​sell it. so you won’t take a loss but risk losing a customer?
I’m so unhappy with the only vape shop i go to. Beyond unhappy.

Stopped in Vixen Vapors the other day to see what they had to offer. Mainly just house juice and starter kits. Not many mods, RDA’S or tanks. They do have T-​shirts though.

This is currently my favorite vape shop. I love the fact that you can customize your blend by the percentage of VG and PG, as well as mixing flavors and adding extra flavor. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the flavors that I purchased and they are not only happy to let you try as many flavors as you want, they seem genuinely excited about recommending their personal favorite combinations. Excellent customer service. Member reward program. Also, they sell straight VG for those who want to mix their own flavors at home. LOVE. (Their juice is a little more pricey than Smokies House of Pipes, which I used before, but the customization available makes it worth it.)

Absolutely horrible service. They tore apart my tank and could not put it back together 2 week old Atlantis. This shop is a freaking joke.

I love this place. Cheap. You can choose if you want more throat hit or more vapor. (Pg/​vg). They make your e liquid while you wait. They have a flavor bar where you can try the flavors before buying them. You can add extra, double or triple flavor for added flavor. I normally get double. They have tons of flavors. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I don’t buy hardware from here, just juice. So I cannot comment on their hardware selection. When I started vaping maybe a little over a year ago I tried several places, mostly places that bought their juices already mixed. After about a month of vaping I came across this place online and have only bought from them since, unless I am in a bind and have to make due.
Their website is a little dated, but works and is very versatile when selecting your juice combination (ex. pg/​vg, mg, flavor etc). They mix it when you order it and it’s labeled with the date and all info vg/​pg, mg, and born on date. They usually send me a free 5ml sample if I order a 30mg size or more. I guess the price is a little higher than smoke (not vape) shops sell, where they are premixed, and also those stores seem to be limited in flavor and mg amount. However, I have found them comparable to other vape shops in price.
As far as waiting at the store. I have only been in the store one time and I had ordered online for pickup. All other times, I order it and have it delivered and it is usually at my house with-​in 2 – 3 days. They make and ship the day I order it. Now, when I went to the store the one time it was a small place and full, but I didn’t have to wait except a couple of minutes for someone to free up and ask what I needed. Since I ordered and payed online, they verified me and I was on my way. So I can not verify wait times, but I can imagine because they seem to be popular and have quite a few customer for such a small establishment.
I recommend them to all my friends who vape and was compelled by how happy I am with the service and product to write my first Unilocal review. =)
TLDR: Great place, versatile mixtures, order online for pick up and delivery for fastest results.

I live in Oregon, and have strictly used their website to place orders. I started with a mod last summer, and that was fine. I decided to give them another shot a couple weeks ago after receiving via email a birthday discount. I placed an order for their Circus Cotton Candy 80% VG and 20% PG. While it’s not nasty, there just isn’t much flavor to it. I decided that instead of completely writing them off, I’d give them one last shot and ordered the same flavor but with 3 times the flavor amount, and an Island Punch, 80% VG, 20% PG and 3x the flavor. After not being delivered in a timely manner, it FINALLY arrived today. (over a week went by from order to delivery. THIS IS TERRIBLE). Well, the order that arrived today is NASTY. Both flavors are absolutely horrid, and I am pissed off.
I am done with Vixen Vapors. There are plenty of local shops and other online shops that have much higher quality, better service/​shipping, and flavors that don’t taste like ass.
Done. Just DONE!

I’ve been getting juice from here for quite some time and have never been disappointed. They make it in house and to your specifications (PG/​VG, Nic level, extra flavor, mixed flavors). Personal favorite is Zom B’Gone. Sweet berry type taste with a great aroma, I always get compliments on it.
As far as hardware selection goes, they are a bit limited in selection but it does seem to grow little by little every time I go in.
The staff is always friendly and although the service is usually fast it can tend to get busy at times and expect a little bit of a wait.
Overall my favorite local shop for liquid but for hardware I’d go down to The Vapor Factory.

I’ve been using this place since they have opened. But I’m still not giving them 5 stars. Mostly because they are not open on Sundays. Which is my free day most often. They have a so so friendly staff. I’ve had a bad service experience a couple of times. But for the most part it is great. You can taste any flavor, see any product, customize any flavors nicotine, volume and VG/​PG which I’m not sure what that is. But I’ve found it changes things. I’d recommend a friend and will return. Just wish they were open on Sunday.

I actually really like this shop. The hardware selection is a little lacking, but I love coming here for liquids. They have a large selection of flavors, and the liquids are customizable (PG/​VG, mixed flavors, extra flavors, and obviously nicotine levels). I agree that you shouldn’t drop in if you’re in a rush, but I don’t feel like it’s any fault of the shop. It’s always pretty packed when I come in, but the employees are never standing around or wasting time — they are working hard to give each customer the same care and attention I would hope to receive when it becomes my turn to be helped. I think some people are just impatient and fail to acknowledge that one person can’t help 20 different people at once. Furthermore, when you’re ordering a custom liquid, of course there is going to be a bit of a wait while they prepare it. I feel like that all should be common sense. That being said, the employees are helpful and don’t mind answering questions, and if something isn’t working with your system, they will take a look and try to repair it for you.

Not impressed. I found the choices of gadgets kind of lacking. The testers were all 12mg. Considering I am now down to 6mg it was very harsh to attempt to vape. I found one that I wanted to try. They went to the back, 5 mins later they came back with my order. They mentioned getting it the way you want it. I ordered ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ pg/​vg with extra flavor. I have been to multiple shops that do the same with no extra charge. When she finally rang me up it was more than I anticipated. She informed me that they charge for extra flavoring. $ 1 for 2 and $ 2 for 3. That’s just silly. Considering I have DIYed in the past, that is a huge price jump. No thanks. I’ll stick to other place and online.

While they have a lot of flavors and were very personable, their ‘house blend’ juice which is supposed to be 60%PG-40%VG is way too thin to contain 40%VG. All of the other juices I’ve bought online have been way thicker and more flavorful. If you can’t wait to order online from more reputable stores I think this is your best bet in the Arlington area so far, but I won’t be going back for juice. However, it might be a good place to go in order to buy wicks or the odd part for your setup.

The staff are very knowledgeable because they all use the product they are selling. My mom and 2 of my sisters have been using this place since before they actually had a store front. They were all very heavy smokers for many years. The have been smoke free every since. I tried to quit smoking a couple of years ago and was successful for about 2 months but then picked it back up. My family has been trying to get me to quit for a while now and about a 6 weeks ago I decided to give e-​cigs a try. I did so well in the first week that my fiancée also decided to give it a try. We’ve been smoke free every since!

. I would recommend going in at least once so you can sample different flavors and get a feel for what you like. They always feature a daily deal — it’s basically a flavor they pick, different every day, and sell a 30mL bottle for the price of a 10mL bottle. You can customize your liquid to suit your own needs/​likes. It’s much cheaper than cigs! 1 — 10mL bottle lasts at least a week for about $ 5 bucks — I smoked about a pack a day so I’m saving about $ 35 bucks a week! Free shipping on Fridays — I ordered on 5÷30÷13 at about 10:30pm and received my order on ⁶⁄₁!
I’ve only had 1 negative experience: They were packed when I went into their store (as they usually are — that alone should tell you something) and my fiancée and I ordered together — we have different nicotine needs so I ordered 14mg he ordered 16mg. When we got the order they were all 16mg. I informed the attendant and he sent the bottles back to be fixed. When he gave me the replacement bottles it was wrong again. I decided not to wait around to get it fixed and just posted about my experience on their Facebook wall. The next day they sent me a reply and ended up replacing my order.
Over all I was very satisfied — mistakes can be made but they stepped up to fix it and made me a very happy customer.
Try them out — you won’t be sorry! Just don’t be in a hurry because as I mentioned before — they are always super busy!

This place is amazing! Super chill atmosphere and staff. The first time I went it took under 15 minutes to get setup, instructed, and fix up my e liquid to my perfect match. If your thinking about going electronic definitely check it out, great flavors, products, and PRICES!

The configuration of this store is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Unless you have 30min or more to spare don’t even bother. First you wait for someone to talk to you. Then you tell them exactly what you want no wasting time. Then you sit around with a lot of other irritated people and wait, and wait, and wait, 20−30min later you finally get what you came for.
Except this time I ordered two bottles, one for me and one for a friend. 10mg for me. But I just tried it and it’s not 10mg like the label says. It’s more like 25mg. Freaking buzz I was not anticipating.
I’ve been vaping for 4 years now. I always ordered my e-​liquid online then found this place. I’m going back to online now unless someone opens a real store close to my house.
This place is terrible!

I am new to vaping and I had many questions to ask when I first decided to inquire about this new trend. This store is very close to my home and I found the staff to be pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and they all enjoyed their vaporizing. I was able to try 20 different flavors until I found what I was looking for.
They even had regular customers going in and out and knew them by name!
I recommend this place if you are new to the trend and are trying to cut out the traditional way of smoking. I have not put this thing down since I got it today… although I am sure that I will have to at some point.
They even make custom juices on the spot!
Well worth the money in my opinion, I feel better already.

Great, chill place to fulfill your vaping needs, whether you’re a noob or a pro. Very professional, helpful and knowledgable staff and not to mention a sampling bar to try as many favors as you want. They have a ton of flavors to choose from, and they’re always willing to answer any questions you have and show you how to use your new equipment properly. Highly recommend!
