Reasonable rent is the trade off here for deferred maintenance on garage doors. Despite promises to fix upon signing lease and monthly reminders not only has a door not been fixed it’s literally falling apart. 4 months in a row we’ve been told the maintenance guy is on vacation. Give me a break!
