We offer speed and agility training, vertical jump training, power/strength training, speed camps, sports performance training, group fitness, and personal training.

Meet the Manager
Holly C.
Manager
Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University in 2012 and she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is IMPACT certified for volleyball and is certified in USA Weightlifting, as well. Holly has been with Foothills Sports Medicine since 2010 working as a physical therapy tech and has been coaching for FAST since 2011.
Holly grew up in Southern California where she played soccer and was MVP of her high school team consecutively in 2006 and 2007. She specializes in training volleyball, soccer, basketball and softball, but through her experience of coaching, she is very knowledgeable of the physiology of an athlete and what it takes to perform specific tasks in each sport. Holly also has an acute understanding of post-rehabilitation exercise, which she utilizes with her group classes and clients who have had past injuries.
