Established in 2007.

Dr. Maffi had the opportunity to launch his own private practice and opened the doors to Maffi Plastic Surgery. After realizing that surgery is just one component in facial rejuvenation, Dr. Maffi dedicated himself to gaining expertise in all aspects of aesthetic medicine. He has traveled throughout the nation to learn the latest technology and techniques so that he could offer cutting edge laser, skin care and injectable treatments. Now a comprehensive center specializing in all aspects of aesthetic medicine, Maffi Clinics is located in the heart of Paradise Valley, Arizona.

A Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in private practice for over a decade, Dr. Terry R. Maffi is highly trained in all aspects of aesthetic plastic surgery, with an emphasis in facial rejuvenation, as well as breast and body contouring.

After completing his plastic surgery training at the world-​renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Maffi joined a private plastic surgery practice in Scottsdale and was fortunate to work with an internationally recognized plastic surgeon. Also integral to his early training, Dr. Maffi performed facial reconstruction on trauma and burn patients, working with one of the premier facial reconstructive surgeons in the nation. The expertise he gained in facial anatomy and the intricacies of facial surgical technique through this experience ignited his passion for facial rejuvenation and inspired his interest in helping others achieve their aesthetic goals.
