If you are truly athletic, and therefore frequently injured, then do yourself a favor and see Dr. Sherman for ART! I know he does other forms of therapy, like Graston and AIS, but I’ve only seen him for ART. It’s just the best treatment for soft tissue injuries.
As a Doctor, he is extremely professional, really into what he does, very caring, and really good at what he does. Everyone in his office is also great as well.
