Love this place!!! Coffee is a step above what you’ll get from any of the impersonal chain coffee joints. I understand the owner roasts his own beans on site… Awesome! If you go for lunch(lunch hours are limited which is my only complaint about this place) try anything that contains Caesar dressing. It’s the best Caesar I’ve ever had. If you want a coffee try the«Nitro» coffee. It’s the smoothest, best tasting iced coffee I’ve ever had. The only downfall to it is that once you’ve had it you can never go back to regular iced coffee from anywhere else. They all pale in comparison and that is no exaggeration. Oh and cute baristas never hurt.

I hate to give this low of rating because I have loved this place for a long time. Breakfast sandwiches are great and the coffee is good. The last two times I went in, I stood at the register for several minutes while 3 employees scrambled about. Granted there were only a few customers in the joint at the time. Not a single one greeted me or made eye contact. Finally, I went to order lunch and I was told«we close everything down at noon». I asked about just a bagel and was told they couldn’t do it because the toaster wasn’t plugged in. Really? You can’t plug in a toaster? Terrible customer service! Besides the fact that there is a sign in front stating that they serve lunch until 1:30. The last time I visited, I stood waiting while 4 employees were in the kitchen. I gave it 7 minutes. No eye contact, no greeting. No more of my business. Off to Coffee’s On!

They closed at 5. I wanted to go get some juice with my family and it was 20 minutes till closing they were kind of rude about it. When we got our smoothies they were really watery, they didn’t even have like a smoothie consistency is just like drinking water. The girls who work there can be quite rude. If I didn’t like the fresh juice I wouldn’t ever go there.

The Energy Salad is one of the best salads I’ve ever had! The smoothies are delicious. I’ve had great service inside and drive thru. I wish they would expand their hours for meals. For Paradise this is definitely one of my favorite places to go. I’m impressed with the healthy options and fair prices. They are also the only place in the area to serve nitro coffee on tap. It’s incredibly smooth and flavorful, and I’m a pretty big coffee snob. Keep up the great work!

I’m tired of the owner’s rudeness and presumptuous attitude always trying to correct me on everything I order, stepping in with his unwelcome opinions on what I have already ordered. One time I just wanted an iced green tea and the owner insisted that the only iced tea that they serve is the sports tea. So I ordered a hot green tea and a separate cup with ice. Fine! Then there was a time when I was there for lunch and I was told that what I had ordered was too much food. The owner made a point to tell me this and so did the waitress. This made me feel very self-conscious and embarrassed. However I knew what I wanted and I told them that if I don’t eat it all I’ll just get a to-go box, is that okay? I got the feeling that it was not okay. I ate it all and both my waitress and the owner were surprised and had something to say about that too! Totally unnecessary! This last time I was there I wanted a specifically made smoothie. The owner tried to convince me to buy a cold pressed juice drink instead. I almost felt like I had to argue to get the smoothie, and explain why I preferred it, because of higher fiber etc., which I just should never have had to do! Further, I’m tired of the staff getting so easily disjointed and obviously inconvenienced when I have a very specific and custom order. I always tip generously so I feel that I can tell them the precise amount of ingredients I want in my smoothies and coffee drinks since I’m on a low-carb diet, but the looks on their faces and the owner’s attitude speaks volumes. It’s obvious that they all wish they were anywhere but there, at work! I had to apologize for the trouble I caused with my specific drink orders and promised them that as soon as I get my Vita Mix blender, which I’ve already ordered, I will never have to «bother» them again with my business. Also, every single time I’ve gone through the drive-through no one has acknowledged my presence through the ordering speaker. I’ve had to drive straight up to the window to get any kind of attention and notice that I was even there, usually after sitting there and seeing a lot of people pass by and look at me without so much as a hello or a wave. The reason I started going through the drive through is because, every time I’d ever gone inside to make an order, I noticed that everyone was giving priority attention to the drive-through customers, as I’d stand there, at the register, for five minutes or more before getting acknowledged by anyone. Oh– and don’t ever come in at 11:28 am, two minutes before they start their lunch hours, and try to give a waitress your lunch order– you will promptly be informed that you are early and there are still two minutes remaining before«lunch starts» and then and only then will they will make the effort of even writing down your order! I’m just done. I gave them a lot of chances but the same things keep happening. DONE!!!

I used to love Juice and Java, they had the best blended coffee drinks that would give me the perfect buzz I needed for the day. The last couple visits I paid there the blended drinks are awful :(very watered down, like they barely used any ice or milk(tastes like frothy watered down iced coffee) with a hint of espresso when I ask for double/triple shots. I just can’t get excited about Juice and Java as much as I used to. On a more positive note, the staff there is great! Super warm and friendly. Just please go back to the way you guys used to make your special blended drinks!

This place is just to dirty and sticky for me to ever come back. I used to get the morning riser at the drive thru, but after I saw the inside I have not been back

Great place! I discovered this lunch spot with some fellow colleagues The bliss bowl was tasty and loaded with healthy veggies. We also had the tba which was tasty and the chicken Ceasar salad which had a great dressing. I enjoyed one of their«kitchen sink» juices which was refreshing. Staff was friendly and fun. We will definitely be back.

The swinging monkey, chai, muffins, wraps and bowls are great. The drive through gang couldn’t be better, but the entire dining experience is ruined by the chauvinistic, overbearing and rude owner. Best go when he’s not there. If you don’t «look like you have money» or fit his«ideal customer» profile, he will be extremely rude. Keep your daughters out of there because he is handsy even to customers, and especially to the employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never get the right drink and the owner is EXTREMELY rude! I called once to complain that I didn’t get the right drink and he proceeded to yell at me and hang up on me. I will NEVER be going back here again!

A comfy place, to have a bite, drink something hot, and sit by the fire, onna rainy day, The porch, is animal friendly. Wi-Fi is spotty.

I love the fresh juices here — I either go for the«Kitchen Sink» or if I’m feeling like something more sweet I’ll take out some of the greens. I have a juicer at home and know first-hand how much fruit and veggies you have to use to get out 16 ounces of juice plus it’s a hassle to clean afterwards every time. I think their coffee beverages tend to lean on the bit too sweet side so I usually ask for less sweet(mocha or flavored latte) and then add more sugar myself if needed. The ladies who work there are pretty efficient and super sweet. The place is pretty large and comfortable and yah for free wifi. As expected, there is noise from the blender and juicer. There seems to be groups that congregate there on a regular basis so if you don’t want to inadvertantly partake in bible study and intend to squat for a little bit, bring some headphones. The only reason I’m withholding that 5th star is the very limited non-beverage menu. Basically, there are no hot items except breakfast sandwiches which are(now) only served until noon. And there are just a few bakery items(bagels, muffins, cookies, biscotti) to choose from. Which is fine by me since I’d probably be more tempted to «cheat» on my diet if I saw an array of tempting pastries and desserts.

I have always loved Juice & Java. I have such good memories of going there when I was in high school. They’re just as good today as they were all those years ago. The swingin’ monkey smoothie is my favorite, but they’re snicker’s coffee drinks are delicious too(if you like coffee). If you happen to be in Paradise, this is an awesome place to check out.

I remember going here in high school and it was great… But high school was a long time ago lol and I ate here earlier this week. I ordered the chicken taco salad and there was nothing but chicken and romain with a few corn chips and sour cream. For sure not worth $ 7 I’m giving it 2 stars cuz the service was good and the ppl were nice

My latest thing is fruit smoothies… While having only gone through the drive thru, I will first say that the outer appearance very much matches the enviroment. Which I can definatley appreciate. It is almost like driving around the back of a cabin house. Upon gettng the smoothie, I was quite impressed with the quality and flavor. A very yummy smoothie indeed. I would prefer over a Jamba or Booster juice anyday! I wide variety on the menu, I really do think there is something for everyone. They even serve food too… Which I haven’t tried, but thought I would mention it all just the same. I can’t wait to go back!
