Great customer service!
It’s not a retail store but a warehouse but don’t be afraid to enter and ask for help. The products are authentic from goodsmile company for they are partnered together.
Also, most of what they have is advertised in their website.

Great shop, and been a regular for years. It’s not your typical store and while it’s busy since the people who work there mainly handle online stores they try and make time for any customer who wants to see what they have if possible.
A huge assortment of collectibles ranging from animé figures to plushes, this is a great place to check out.

I love this store!!! Seriously the prices are extremely good and selection is good too. This place is more of a warehouse so don’t expect to walk into your typical retail store. Ps the entrance is in the back no «front door» per say. But everyone is extremely helpful and nice so if you feel lost someone will definitely help you.

Not a walk in store! This is there distribution center for their website. Yes, the workers were friendly and willing to help, but it is not set up for window shopping.

Went in hopeing to purchase cards, Met employee who went in back to get someone, Then I waited 20 minutes to be told «Its Busy».
All someone had to do was go in back get told its busy, come back a MINUTE later and tell me theres no one available to assist me

The warehouse sort of give you the vibe of Costco & booths you’d see in Animé Expo & Botcon, the animé figure selection is huge & the staffs are really knowledgeable in animé & card games. This is also the first place I’ve been to that has a massive selection of Doctor Who goods. A real chill place to shop if you don’t want to wait for an convention.

Although I have no experience of ordering online any of its products, I can say that it’s a great place to bargain for animé goods. I’m a fan of any place that accepts the practice of haggling, and the vendors are aren’t too mindful of shaving off a few bucks as long as you buy in bulk. I got 3 nedoroids for the price of $ 130, which is amazing since some of them were averaging $ 50 – 55 per figure.
To conclude, I recommend stopping by the place to check out merch. They usually stock up one the latest figmas and nedoroids within a month from release, so they have quite a selection. And if you’re nice, they’ll be more than happy to bargain, given you at least buy more than one thing.

The warehouse does not look like much at first appearance, and it is hard to differentiate between the main entrance and the side. On saying that, walking into the main doorway you will find a really tight space with several chairs and two small tables for people to play card games at.
It is very hot and stuffy in the room. To your right you will see a window with cards on it and to the left another window with staff behind it that actually know a thing or too about card games. They have people specialized in all the games they sell so that you get the best of your experience there. If you can tolerate that much, then you mine as well take a step further as you can ask the front desk workers for a tour of the back house if you so desire to look at their wares.
When walking in the back it only seems to get a bit stuffier but the aisles after aisles of collectibles can bring many consumers a simple smile. Many collectors go through the building and walk out with the things they need, some on the other hand do not, but not every store can have everything.
Now if you like to collect things and have the money to actually buy what you want, then this is a place for you to go visit. If you do not have a lot of cash or interest in collectibles then you could try elsewhere. Don’t come in thinking that it will be perfect because no place is, but the staff will try their best to help.

So this is a vendor of collectables and trading cards and the such. The guys are really into their work and because of that are very nice as well as knowing what they are talking about. They have a little room out in the front where people can go in and buy cards or collectables straight out. As a tiny vendor of collectables it’s very nice but they also ship collectables as well however I haven’t ordered from them so I can’t review that I can say that they are very kind people who know what they are talking about. I plan on going whenever I need a Doctor Who related item or have friends who wish to indulge their trading card collection.

TERRIBLE & DISHONEST VENDOR! I will never give them business again.
My Negative Experiences:
I placed an order for 10 Black Luster Soldier — Envoy of the Beginning through ABCTOY4me through
on 8÷16÷2011 for $ 108 including shipping.
The day I placed the order I call them to ask them if I can pick up an internet order I placed and they said No. I’ve been to the actual location in person and remember a customer walking in asking if they could pick an online order and they said yes to them but not me… what the heck…
8÷17÷2011 rolls around and my order gets canceled by the vendor stating the following:
«We’re writing to inform you that your order from ABCTOY4me has been canceled because the item (s) you purchased were out of stock. Please return and place your order again at a later time.»
What happens? I go onto their website and they have it listed IN STOCK. I check on amazon where I ordered it and on TWO DIFFERENT listings it showed the same card as IN STOCK. Not only that but the price was 3 TIMES what I paid for it.
Clearly some type of lying is going on here. They didn’t want to honor a sale that I legally paid for. I’m sure they cancelled it because they wanted to charge me 3 times the amount I paid for it! Later I was told it was a pricing error. How is that MY fault? The vendor is RESPONSIBLE for setting the price not me, I didn’t do anything wrong. I bought the card and then the damn thing went all sky high and I get punished over it. They didn’t even offer me a rain check or anything. No «sorry we’re out of stock but we’ll send it out as soon as we get more» no, nothing. They just cancelled it. I also figured that since I bought through Amazon that they would side with me but no.
So I opened up a ticket against them on amazon to report them and tell them, «Well if they are out of stock then ALL their listings on Amazon should be REMOVED until they get it back in stock». Its 6 days later and it still shows up as in stock. How convenient for them to sell it at 3 times the higher price than what I paid for it. I had given them business in the past but no more. Such blatant dishonestly has left a sour taste in my mouth.
AVOID THIS VENDOR. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
