Come join us in our state of the art multiplex. All eleven theatres are stadium style with high back rocking love seats, equipped with the latest in digital projection and sound technology, and wall to wall curved screens. Conveniently located on Rosecrans Avenue, one block west of Paramount Boulevard. Ample lighted parking available.

History

Established in 1998.

Opened in June of 1998 as a seven screen movie theatre. Soon we expanded and now have 11 screens with stadium seating, digital cinema and state of the art Dolby sound in all auditoriums.

A convenient movie theatre for locals and those living in surrounding cities. Bianchi is next door to the Paramount Swap Meet and has recently installed a drive-​in theatre which has gained a lot of popularity.
This movie theatre holds a special place in my heart since this is my childhood movie theatre. I vividly remember my parents bringing a few of my cousins and I to watch the Rugrats movie 17 years ago for my 6th birthday.
The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. One thing that never fails to change, however, is the painfully long wait at the concession stand during busy hours. Standing in line to buy popcorn for 20 minutes is insane.
The busiest day of the week here is Tuesdays. Tickets are $ 5 and the crowds are massive especially on $ 5 Tuesdays during the summer time. I’d rather come on a different day and pay full price.

Located right next to the Paramount Swapmeet, Bianchi theaters looks quite different than from the way it used to look years ago. I remember the last time I had came here was back in middle achool, which was almost 16 years ago! They now have added a nice looking fountain outdoors, as well as more parking.
I came here to watch the Good Dinosaur earlier this week. Staff took a while getting my order of popcorn and slushie! Had also gotten a pizza, which tasted like cardboard. Disgusting! Other than that, it looked clean. Just young staff who should probably pay more attention to the customers!
Myself, i personally don’t see any point having to spend so much going to the theaters if everything they have is way overpriced. Just come here on Tuesdays and only pay $ 5 for a movie!!! That is the only thing that’ll keep me coming back!

Clean and nice theaters. I live in South Central and me and my boyfriend come here to escape all the populated ghetto movie theaters. $ 5 Tuesday’s are the best because it’s ALL DAY! Workers have been nice, no issues.

I’m simply appalled at the substandard concessions service that I received on the opening night of The Peanuts movie. The young girl behind the counter was very, very rude! She asked if I was in line, of course I’m in line… when she should have asked «How can I help you?» I gave her my order and when it didn’t look complete, I asked her about it… she proceeded to ask what flavor Icee that I wanted as if she didn’t hear me!!! Long story short… I requested to speak with a manger who immediately apologized and took my order at my request. I feel ashamed for the owner of this theater, the employees are representing him and his business poorly. There needs to be a restructuring, and it need to start with developing and training the staff appropriately. It’s unfortunate because I’m a Paramount resident, but I refuse to support a business who has bad customer service!!!

Don’t care about veterans… not on veterans day, memorial day or the fourth of July… If you care about veterans complain to management… let’s send a message. I have a few places with similar experiences so you might see this message pop up on similar movie theaters that treat veterans like crap on military and national holidays… what’s ironic is there’s not a large military community in LA.

This place rocks!, I’ve been coming here for a year now and Bianchi never disappoints. The icee machine is always working and the popcorn is always popping, only in the summer when school gets out does it get super jammed packed, damn kids… other than that you are guaranteed a seat on most days :)

I did not enjoy the service I received from Bianchi Theaters this night. The employee in front of my face and my friends said quote «OMG!» Just because I contacted the manager stating my issue of not receiving my snack. I think differently of Bianchi Theaters now.

Currently patiently waiting for a 12pm movie to start it’s 12:05 and still have to sit through previews. I have to prep for Easter dinner and wanted toFurious 7 before I started my day. And on top of that it’s families with lil kids kicking my seat. LOL it’s now 12:10 this is a 2 hour & 20 minutes COME ON Bianchi can we be on time. I paid for a 12pm movie time not the 12:30! WTF! Unreal!!! Went to complain and this worker tried to tell my bf that we can get our money back the projector isn’t working like it was our fault. No we don’t want our money we wasted (now 30 minutes) our time and your being rude WE want a manager now. How rude someone should of said something at 12:01 when they recognized the projector wasn’t working. There’s a reason for movie times.

I came here last minute to watch Selma before work. They have quite a few matinée times which was great!
The theater is in an industrial part of town but it easy to spot (with the help of GPS). There were two windows open so we walked right up to purchase our tickets. $ 8 matinée
I didn’t get any snacks this time because I had just had breakfast. But the popcorn smelled good.
The theater was pretty clean. The crowd was okay. Some people were pretty Lou during the previews. And one woman even answered her phone during the movie! Besides that, I had a good experience
I’ll be back to try the popcorn

Ive been here a couple times with my family. A little small, a bunch of young kids. Seats are super comfortable. Concession snacks are not 2 pricey. Overall pleasant visit. Only downfall they dont have the popcorn powder. Other than that this place is alright with me.

Bianchi Theatre is is nestled in Paramount, on a unsuspecting street, surround by industrial buildings and a shared parking lot with the Paramount Swapmeet. Its small, almost commuter like. Very convenient for a quick stop to see a movie.
The service is blasé. There are typically a lot of customers from 5−10p (Tuesdays, Friday-​Sunday) so they are always is a rush to move the line. BT caters to a younger crowd, so beware. If there is a popular movie out and you plan to see it here, arrive early. Not just to beat the crowd, but to skip the juveniles that frequent. A lot of people also come here from the swapmeet before they head home.
It’s typically clean, but I have arrived on a few occasions when there was a bunch of popcorn left on the floor, or cups still in the armrest.
It’s a smaller theatre so don’t expect a lot of movies to play here, especially indie films and limited releases… then there’s the $ 5 Tuesdays! One of the only reasons why I continue to come back.

Its a decent movie theater. Tuesdays all movies are 5.00 and the concession stand is always empty or with lil line. The seats are comfty to me. Ive had no problem here. Maybe because im hispanic? Lol jk
But like my mommy taught me, treat others how u want you b treated. So im always proper and nice. If youre a dickwad, expect it bck. The employees are human beings. If u treat them nicely theyll do the same for u. Js. Oh and about the 40s lol ive done it too lol they dont know

Bathrooms are clean, seats were comfortable and the popcorn tasted fresh.
I have been to this movie theater many years back and I have never had a bad experience.
The front entrance is a bit odd since it is not off the Main Street but it’s facing the back streets.
Plenty of lot parking.
