The mickey mouse clubhouse jumper was perfect for my sons them party. totally recommend this place for your jumper and concession needs

On time, employees were great on phone, Internet chat and pick up and drop off. Jumper was good. I just wish the chairs were cleaner. The chairs were fairly dirty overall and when moving them around I ended up with some sort of grease on my hand from the backs of the chairs and some sort of sticky jelly substance.

This is my 4^th time getting a Jumper with this company, I’m very pleased with their service. Jumper always Arrives on time, always clean and in great condition. I will recommend if your looking for a great service. Not to mention they offer a 10% discount on your order for loyalty customers.

Great place to order from! Not only did I place an order less than a day before i needed it, but when the jumper got here it was so clean it looked brand new. All the kids & adults had fun. Will definitely be coming back!

The customer service was excellent, the rates are the best in town! The drop off and pick were not on time. Drop off was 50 minutes late and they forgot the banner so he had to leave and come back. Pick up was scheduled at 5, driver told us if we need earlier to call and he would be there. We called him at 3 to pick up at 4, and he didn’t show up until 4:50. And was told he’s on a route and had others to pick up. Maybe if we knew that then we wouldn’t have expected him to come early. The kids had fun in the jumper.

This was my first time using Cindys jumpers, it came highly recommended by a coworker. I was having a last minute birthday party, and they were able to accommodate my party needs. Customer service was great, Karla was very helpful on the phone. Day of the party the delivery guy called to see if he can deliver the jumper early, YES! Delivery was smooth and the guys were very professional. I will use them again for my next party.

Great company to rent bounce houses from! We rented a bounce house/​slide combo for our daughter’s party and was very happy with the bouncer when it arrived. It was delivered on time, it was clean and the whole set up took about 15 minutes. Brianna at Cindy’s Jumpers was also very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I measured the backyard several times to make sure the 30′ bounce house would fit properly. This was our first bounce house rental and Cindy’s Jumpers made it so simple and trouble free. I would definitely rent from them again! Thanks Cindy’s Jumpers, the kids had a blast!!!

We rented two churro machines and two soft serve machines for a middle school event. The churro machines were fine, but we had several issues with the ice cream machines. One turned right on but never froze. The other didn’t turn on. We called for help at 4:30pm and help didn’t arrive until after the event started at 6pm. The vanilla machine began to work after that, but never caught up or produced the promised 3 cones per minute. The second machine swirled all night but never froze. We didn’t get one cone from that machine. During the event we continued to call for help or a replacement machine but our calls were not returned. After the company picked up the machines, we were told they worked fine and we wouldn’t be getting a refund. By the way, they demand CASH up front, a dubious practice and one you should never agree to.

I have worked with Cindy’s Jumpers a handful of times for parties I have hosted over the last few years.
The most recent party I hosted was over this last weekend. I had some very last minute changes to my order and they were understanding and able to change my order with no problem at all. They are always here on time for drop offs and their staff is always so nice and professional. At this last party, I rented the hot dog and nacho machine and both were the hit of the party. Plus, I did not have to lift a finger and was able to make sure my guests were having fun.
I will continue to rent from them anytime I need help with party rentals.

Great communication from beginning to end. The equipment (I ordered giant sumo suits & mat) is all as wonderful as it was fun. Every employee was very professional and friendly; from placing the order, to delivery, to pick up. Thank you, we all had a great time!

We use Cindy’s Jumpers every year for our schools Spring Carnival. They are very reliable!

Preface: Cindy’s Jumpers offers Starbucks gift cards in order to entice customers for good reviews (stated in their email to my business that I will happily supply via picture). I was not enticed, and I will not be leaving 5 stars.
For a networking event, we needed a soft serve ice cream machine. Surprisingly, there is only really one place in the greater Los Angeles area that offers ice cream machine rentals, and that is Cindy’s Jumpers.
The ordering process was frustrating at best. We called many times and got no answer on the phone. We tried to order on the website, but their scheduling tools are ineffective at best. After calling them back on a different day, we got an answer and placed our order. The deposit was not too large of an amount, which is great.
The day of the event is where we began to have real problems. The delivery of the machine was scheduled for 4pm, but we were told that they would be delivering it early (by 2:15pm is what the delivery person told us). 2:15 rolls around, nothing. 3:15, no one. They end up getting here at 3:55pm, which is 5 minutes before our original agreed-​upon delivery time, but having been told that we needed to be at the event location at 2:15 to receive the delivery and then having to wait another 2 hours while we were trying to get our event together was VERY annoying. They shouldn’t have called for an early delivery if it wasn’t going to be early, it was a huge inconvenience. Once they arrived, they asked for payment even though we had already paid via debit/​credit card a few days prior.
We were told that the machine holds 3 gallons of the soft serve mix, it only actually holds 2 and we almost had an overflow disaster next to our VIP guests, so be warned! During our event, the machine overheated and automatically turned off. The machine, including the cord, was so hot it was not safe to touch for at least 15 minutes. This only happened once, but the flavor of the ice cream was problematic for the rest of the evening. The soft serve developed a very metallic taste, and after the 7^th person complained to us about the taste we shut it down.
After, we cleaned out the machine within an inch of its life. When the deliver driver came the next day (3 hours late, once again), he told us we actually didn’t need to spend the time to clean out the machine as it was Cindy’s Jumpers responsibility.
Nothing was terribly catastrophic. We’re just not impressed. We had read bad reviews where the deliveries were always several hours late and that they had terrible communication with customers, so we planned accordingly. Those reviews are true. There was a huge lack of education on the machine we were using, and what our responsibilities were. There’s a very very clear problem with the delivery system at Cindy’s Jumpers. I am not the first review to complain about late deliveries or false information given by delivery drivers, and I won’t be the last if those at Cindy’s don’t address this issue.
2 STARS: Will not be using them again, recommend only when there is literally nothing else available to you. I encourage anyone going through Cindy’s for their party needs to plan everything ahead of time by 4 hours so the deliveries are there when you need them and picked up when you want them gone.

I’ve used Cindy’s Jumpers for every party I’ve had for my kids since my daughter was born 4 years ago. I’ve even gotten a bounce house for a few of the adult parties. They’re reasonably priced, easy to use, reliable and they gave a great selection. They deliver and pick up on time. Two days before the event they call to confirm the date and time.
You can reserve your item online or by telephone. If they send an email you can reply to the message and Ivr had the same person (Edgar) respond to inquiries throughout the 4 years.
They have a ton of rental options beyond just bounce houses. I’ve never tried them so I can’t speak to the quality of their other items but the bounce houses have always been clean and well taken care of.
The people who deliver the bounce houses are very friendly and efficient.
I’d definitely recommend them to s tone looking to rent a bounce hoist.

I rented some tables and chairs from Cindy’s on a recommendation from a friend. They have a very friendly staff and renting was super easy. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

This was my first time using Cindy’s jumper, I called them last minute, and they came through. They offer me great prices and have a large offering, I was able to get what I needed. They were professional and on time. I highly recommend them, I will continue to use them in the future.

Referred by sister, I ended up ordering a Cars themed jumper, table cloths, and beverage buckets. I was able to do this all online. Called the day before the party and had no issues paying total amount due. Reasonable prices too! Would definitely work with them again!

We used Cindy’s Jumpers this weekend for my sons birthday party. Ordering was super easy, I placed my order online, paid my deposit and called he next day to confirm. I ordered the first package, which included a jumper, I chose the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle one, 3 tables and 20 chairs. I added 10 more chairs and thought the price for everything was reasonable.
Delivery was at the time I requested, and the same with the pick up time. The delivery guys were friendly and the equipment was clean and working, couldn’t have asked for an easier experience!

I wanted a circus/​carnival themed party for my sons 1^st birthday and that’s exactly what I got!
Thanks to Cindy’s jumpers my vision came to life. I rented the carousel jumper, 4 games, 2 booths and even hired 2 of their attendants (whose names i cant remember) but i wish I did. Especially the chubby guy that was here the kids really liked him. They have great customer service. I love the email confirmations, I love how easy it is to pay and not to mention how great they were with time management. Anyway, my sons birthday party was so much fun and it will be the most talked about party for a very long time. Thank you Cindy’s jumpers!

This is a review for a package rental that we placed with Cindy’s Jumper. We rented a combo slide jumper, five tables, 40 chairs, and a popcorn machine. I was hesitant to work with Cindy’s this year due to a not so great experience last year (they arrived late, when the party was starting, and forgot the popcorn machine, which they then retrieved an hour into the party). But because their website was relatively simple to work with, I thought I would give them one more shot. Boy, was I wrong to do so.
We had a rental time frame from 10am to 6pm this past Saturday. They arrived an hour late — that was somewhat OK, as the party was starting at 12. However, they forgot two tables, and that was pretty major, as we had a large party to seat. The driver said he would be back in 15 – 20 minutes with the tables, and I was like, OK. That didn’t happen. 12pm came, still no tables.
Call log from my phone:
12:09pm: I called, asking what’s up. The guy says he’s stuck in traffic on the freeway, and will be there in 20 minutes. I hang up, check Google maps, there’s no traffic. Clearly lying.
12:34pm: I called again. Still «stuck in traffic» he says. I tell him there’s no traffic and hang up on him. Lying again!
12:36pm: He calls me back, says he’ll be there soon.
1:00pm: He calls again, says he has the tables.
2:05pm: He calls again to say he’s arrived with the tables.
Finally here with the last two tables, fours hours after the appointed time, three hours after the initial visit, and two hours after the party has already started. I had people sitting on chairs facing each other like some version of musical chairs. I was so mad and embarrassed. I was complaining and venting about the company to our guests, which is not something that I really want to do during my son’s birthday party, but hey, word of mouth?
So if that wasn’t bad enough, then we had issues about having everything picked up. Back to the call log:
6:00pm: Driver calls, asks if everything is OK, and asks if we would like extra time with the jumper. I say, I don’t care about extra time, I just want my money back for the two tables that basically showed up halfway through our party. He’s like, OK, I’ll take care of it.
8:55pm: Driver calls back, states that it’s too late for them to pick up the jumpers, asks if he’s able to come by Sunday morning by 10am. I’m beyond irritated by this point, but OK.
Sunday morning rolls around. 10am rolls around. No sign of a pickup or phone call.
At 1:50pm, I call the main office (I don’t want to talk to the driver anymore — he might be «stuck in traffic»). I explain the situation to the person who answers the phone, he says he’ll see what he can do. Still nothing happens. At 4:01pm, I call the main office again, speak with another person (warehouse manager?), and while I’m complaining on the phone again, the crew finally arrives to pick up the jumper and stuff. He also gives me $ 10 in cash for the table situation, and says it won’t happen again. I basically state that I will not use their company again.
So W O W. Talk about dropping the ball. I will never use this company again. Burned once, burned twice, and I will definitely not give you a chance for third time.

Good prices, their website is very helpful. Loved their customer service plus It was a very easy transaction.
The guys who brought us the jumper were early, but early is always better than late. The guys were very friendly and polite.
Jumper was in great condition and clean.

I ordered a Mickey Mouse jumper online through their website after finding them on Unilocal.Good customer service. Prompt email confirmation after purchase, email reminder 2 days before my event, and a phone call the day before my event. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they were supposed to pick up the jumper at 8pm since my party ended at 6pm, however they arrived at 6pm for pick up. We didn’t complain but I think if we would’ve they might have left the jumper longer. Jumper was clean and in good condition.

We have used Cindy’s Jumpers for several of our events every year. We have rented jumpers, and chairs/​tables for birthday parties at home — to games, inflatables, concession machines for our annual football league’s kickoff. I have found their website easy to use, with instant access to their inventory. Every time I go online I see that they have added something new to their available offerings.
Prices are right on point with other companies, except with Cindy’s Jumpers you always receive a professional crew making the delivery, follow up calls the day before your event, emailed receipts, etc.
I have added them to our preferred vendor list with my company (event planning) and am always happy to refer them to family and friends.
We will definitely be using them again in the future. Great job making & keeping happy customers!

Used them for my daughters 4^th birthday party. We rented tables and a premium jumper, a Minnie BOWTIQUE. The rentals were great and the drivers were very prompt in both delivery and pick it up. Price point was satisfactory. I will use then again.

Everyone was excellent to deal with each time I talked to someone different on the phone. The carnival booths were new looking and very clean. They delivered on time and picked up when they said. Since time was a worry they gave me other options so I wouldn’t be too stressed out and also gave more time for pick up so not to inconvenience myself or anyone.

I’ll start with the positive. The driver of the trackless train showed up on time and was great to work with. Definitely high marks!!!
Now the negative. We booked the train a month before we needed it. I booked it online and was quoted $ 350 and $ 100 for the delivery. But wouldn’t let me finalize because it was below the min. I called and they waived the min and finalized the booking for $ 450. No problem. Great. 2 days before the event, they charge my credit card $ 50 because of an error (they didn’t call me to tell me they were doing it). I meant to call and inquire but before I could, they charged me another $ 100 the next day (the day before the event) without my permission for either charge. What is going on??? I called to complain and they said the website misquoted and I should have been charged $ 600 total. They corrected the problem on the site and the correct total is $ 600 and I would need to pay it to get the train. They did give me the option to cancel because of the error. Yup, one day before the event!!! I felt like I was held hostage and I couldn’t find a replacement. They ended up giving me a $ 50 off, but I felt cheated and lied to. Was this intentional? Why did they wait till the day before to tell me? I booked it with a live person, why didn’t they catch the mistake at the time of the booking? Why am I responsible for their mistake?
Buyer beware!!! I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a series of unfortunate errors, but they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake and I had to pay for it (or 450 people would have been disappointed that there was no promised train). They should get one star but the driver boosted their rating.

This is how my star ranking is broken down: (should be 2.5 stars mathematically speaking)
1 star for timeliness. I scheduled my drop off time for my bouncer at my residence in Long Beach for noon on a Saturday. I booked the jumper one month in advance. I did not get my jumper until just after 2pm. OVER two hours late. Yes, they called to tell me they were running behind, but not TWO hours behind. Imagine if I had a party starting at noon, or 1:00 or even 2:00?! that sucks. My party started at 4pm so I planned ahead, but still?!
3 stars for cleanliness: The jumper ordered clearly had been abused by silly string users, this sucked, there were black stringy stained misc throughout the thing. «A-​OK» as Unilocal puts it, but the jumper as a whole was in great shape otherwise.
4 stars for customer service: I was able to get someone on the phone every time I called to check on the status. The drivers were very nice and informative, they even agreed to push back my pickup time based on the fact that they were so behind. But I’m docking them a star because one guy knocked over and broke a potted plant from my front yard somehow. (
So lesson learned. ALWAYS book your jumper to be dropped off ahead of time if this is the norm. I would HATE to be that crazy lady bitching out the company that is two hours late to my kid’s birthday party. Glad I though ahead and left a four hour window.
I’ll prob use these guys again because you can’t beat nice people trying to do their job even if they are behind, just be sure to order with time to spare. AND MY SON LOVED THE JUMPER!

The is the best party rental company that. I have done buisnes with. Very professional customer service. Great prices. The delivery drivers were well groomed and dressed in the proper uniforms. Clean equipment and functionable. I highly recommend this company to those who are looking for party rental services. Thank you again for the for the great service.

The worst service ever! This was my first experience with Cindy’s jumpers and let me tell you it was horrible. My husband went into the store to purchase one of their packages. He went in already knowing what we wanted. He paid the 40 dollar deposit and left with his receipt. The day of my sons birthday party the delivery guys came to deliver the jumper, it was suppose to be a 7 in 1 and when they set it up right away I notice that it was not the jumper we ordered. And the copy that they had of the receipt wasn’t even our receipt. I was very upset, so I told the delivery guy to call his manager, so he did and he told him I would like to speak with him and the man would not get on the phone with me, they gave me no explanation all they had to say was «oh well that jumper isn’t available right now» well no shit you guys got my order wrong and gave it to someone else. So on Monday I called to speak with the manager there, Edgar I believe his name is, I wanted an explanation and to tell them how unprofessional they were, but of course he was not there so the young man on the phone said he will make sure he gets the message and have him call me back, now do you think I received a call back? No I didn’t. So I called the following day, no answer, called the day after the following, and still no answer. So no I will never order anything from this company again. So unprofessional, no compassion, not a care at all. The deliver guy even said it’s happened a few times. That’s sad. My husband went into the store! I mean come on! How do you get it wrong! All I wanted was an apology and an explanation but they didn’t even have the courtesy or balls to do that. So no, no Cindy’s jumpers for my family.

They were super friendly and helpful at my sons pirate theme bday party. We got the jumpers, table linens, photo booth and they were super friendly all the time ! Def would get them again !

I have used them twice now, both times have been great. They are very prompt, the equipment is in good shape, and reasonably priced.

2^nd time using Cindy’s Jumpers for a birthday party, and it was a good experience.
Rented a package with a jumper, 5 tables, 40 chairs and a popcorn machine. I added two kids tables and 12 kids chairs.
They worked with me and were able to reschedule my delivery earlier in the day that I had originally requested, and the little kid tables and chairs were a hit.
I’m sure I will use them again next year. Watch your mail if you’re local; I saved $ 20 by using a postcard that they mailed out to me.

We have never been disappointed by Cindy’s jumpers! They are on time, professional, all the rentals are clean and undamaged. They are our go to for party rentals!
