While printing the last two pages of a project we had to turn in, the paper turned black. Uh oh, that can’t be good. After a quick search on a local HP printer repair place, I found Paris Laser Printer Repair, the fastest service we could get was to drop it off, so we did. Well our worst fears were realized, our workhorse of a printer had to be retired since a piece had broken off and there was no way to fix it.
You are now wondering why I gave this a 5-​star review. Well, I told Arthur how I was thinking of buying a refurbished printer that was the same model as the one we were used to. And he said he had a source and would get back to me the next day. Not 5 minutes later Arthur had called back and told me he found the next generation of my printer at his source and the price was similar to what I was finding online for my slightly older model, plus he backed it up with a warranty as well. I picked up the printer the next day and it works even better than our old model did. Arthur even replaced the Jet Direct Card with my old one and I was able to keep the same IP address for a very easy transition!
We will be using Paris Laser Printer repair for our toner and other needs for this new workhorse.

My printer froze! I called Paris Laser Printer Repair and Arthur Milton picked up the printer early the next morning. He made the repairs including replacing an expensive drive with a refurbished drive (very reasonable price) he had in stock. The 8 or 9 year old HJP printer works like new, print is beautiful, much more clear! I strongly recommend Arthur Milton

This review is long over due. Our office hp printer stopped working, I was stressing in finding a technician what did I do? I resorted to my bible Unilocal and it didn’t fail me. Arthur answered my call and came the next day early morning. He was extremely helpful and fixed the printer in a jiffy. I was impressed and satisfied how quickly he got it working. Definitely a nice man, I must point out his voice reminded me of Barry white. (Side note) I will definitely recommend this to you fellow Unilocalers and my friends.

Yes, it is correct, I did feel like I was in a 1960’s Batman episode when my printer had a diva moment. Now, I’m a notary and a printer is much like my sidekick. I always need it, so when my dual tray printer decided to have a paper jam without a paper being jammed I panicked. I had to be at a signing in less then an hour. Freaking out that I didn’t have the docs printed I did what any other superhero would… Unilocal!
Paris, was my second call and once I told them the issue, Arthur came to the rescue and was working on my printer within 25 min. He literally just did some magical move because the printer was fixed in 30 seconds. Arthur, who I believe is the owner (s) was pleasant, and gave me some quick tips when my paper does get jammed. In the end the paper being jammed was an actually blessing in disguise because not only did we we get great service, we also received a good deal on toner, and received the three toners we ordered the very next day. Less then 24 hours before ordered them.
Service at Paris is amazing and they are now my go to printer hero’s.
