Well jimmy if that is true then I guess you will have Steve Plunkett call me today and have him keep his word but as of now I will not call again as my phone calls are unanswered and voice mails unreturned. I sure you’ll understand when I say I don’t believe that your AFTER PURCHASE CUSTOMERS ARE OF ANY IMPORTANCE! My advice is to stay away from this dealer All American Ford Paramus.

Have had a no start electrical problem with my 2014 F350. Third time in the shop for the same problem. The first 2 times they just threw parts at it because they couldnt replicate the problems ive been having. Everytime i go here im treated poorly. They treat me different just because i didnt by my truck from them, and thats not right. I didnt spend extra money for a premium warranty package to be treated like this. I should be treated the same throughout every ford dealership in the United States. Im now without a vehicle for the 3^rd time and it seems as if they dont have a clue what their doing.

Was told I need to bring my car in so they could check if the battery was still under warranty. Came in and it took 3.5 hours for them to test and then replace the battery (and not under warranty). An afternoon wasted by frustratingly slow service and no updates unless I asked what was happening (and then they didn’t even bother to reset the clock after battery replacement).

I came here about a month ago just forgot to write this review… I waited 45 minutes for a salesperson that never showed up. The front desk continuously paged for a salesperson and still no one ever showed up… Then after 45 minutes I was taken to kiosk and was told to enter my information and that someone will call me… I could have done that from home… Complete waste of time. I will never go there again. I bought a Mercedes instead

Finding a Good dealership you can rely on can be a challenge. I understand the stigma these places get when it comes to «questionable repairs». I have taken my vehicle to many places only to be extremely disappointed after I find out what they didn’t do and what they charged me for. Iv been a regular at this dealership lately for my 11 year old car. I can tell you that Jeanette, my service advisor is the only person I trust to handle my car (which happens to be a 40^th anniversary GT Jack Roush package) which means I cherish it. Russell is THE only person who works on my car. And Anthony sees to my happiness. I won’t say I have not had issues here but I will say they were all rectified. I am by no means easy to deal with. I want what I want and I expect it to be right. This makes me «that person». If you can get a good review from me than take it seriously. I will tell people this, plan on leaving the car ! The place is very busy and they can’t help it if people like it there. You can trust this service center to take car of your car. Thank you to my team for doing whatever it takes to keep me quiet and happy :)
A HUGE update …
Micheal the parts manager is absolutely outstanding ! He STOPPED me from wasting money on parts I was going to order on the Internet ! Micheal also helped me with selecting the perfect tires for my car. He was honest and very generous with his time. I will ONLY buy parts from him.

DO NOT BUY A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED CAR FROM PARAMUS FORD!!! Long story short, the car had been in an accident when owned by the previous owner and it was never disclosed to us. When the car under went the 172 point inspection, the body work was never noted. However, when we took it in for warranty work, we were told they would not honor the warranty because it had been in an accident. Paramus repeatedly accused us of wreaking the car, and only once we filed a claim with Bergen County Office of Consumer Protection (after Paramus had the car for about 8 weeks) did they agree to fix the car. We paid a premium for the CPO because we wanted the peace of mind of the warranty. Instead we have a car that has been in an accident and a have been very unhappy with Paramus Ford’s approach to customer service.

I recently took my mom’s 2014 Ford Fiesta in for an oil change and «27 point inspection».
On the way home, the tire pressure light came on. I called the service department. First, they said that we didn’t pay for a tire inspection, then agreed that it would have been included in the 27 point inspection. They advised that I bring the car back or just get air for the tires on my own. I went to a local gas station for air, the tire pressure was only 23 and should have been 34. What kind of service did I pay for?

Zero stars if possible. The worst dealership in the world. Take your money somewhere else. To a place were the appreciate your business. They are rude and nasty. I had Aram. He’s the nastiest sales man I have ever met in my life. He made me feel uncomfortable, and uneasy. I ran right out of there. He couldn’t have been any ruder. He said he could not help me: I never went to a dealership where they could not help me: just a little Advice stay away from here. Far away.

I’ve been shopping around for a new vehicle for quite awhile now. I avoided all American because of the bad reviews I have heard, but I decided one day I was going to give it a shot. After going in and being greeted very pleasantly, it all went down hill. I knew I had good credit but my income on paper isn’t what a bank wants to see thus needing a cosigner. My salesman asked to run it once without it I said ok try it but I know I’m going to be denied. The next day I wake up to alerts from my credit tracker with 4 hard inquires. Not one, but FOUR! They had no explanation for it and it was a serious let down. Then you think they would try and save a customer and offer something to keep me but nope, walked in gave me my deposit back, said sorry and I said sorry can’t fix my credit now. And I walked out. Be on the look out for your credit buyers. They are unreliable just as people said.

My experience here was very unfortunate and I will never go back. I have been a car enthusiast for most of my life and presently own a 5.0 Mustang that I take to shows. I am very familiar with Ford and what they offer. I was recently looking into newer Mustangs and happened across a 2015 Roush RS. I went to All American Paramus, discussed trading in my 5.0, left a deposit check, set up an appointment to see the car, shook hands, signed papers, etc.
I brought the car in the same day and no one was able to give me a value for it. The following day, (via phone) I was low-​balled on my trade-​in after being told that they would try to match current offers another dealership had made for it. Needless to say, after I disagreed and tried for more of a trade-​in that was fair, the appointment to see the new car wasn’t kept by the dealership and the car wasn’t delivered. Figuring it was an issue with my opposition to their offer, I told them was still interested and would potentially buy the car without trading in. They said the would accommodate this, then contact stopped.
I made several calls and rarely heard back from the salesman, often having to speak to others to determine what was happening. I finally got in touch with the salesman and was told I needed to leave more of a deposit before I could see the car and have it delivered there. Meanwhile, they had been setting up appointments with me and no one made me aware of this issue when I called each day during the week to see where we were with the arrangements. The salesman «went home early,» «stayed home sick,» etc. and did not keep his word to contact me or keep appointments.
I did go and get my deposit check back, but I received no apologies for what happened. It wasted a good deal of my time and was frustrating, overall. I viewed this as a business in which there is no communication and, all-​in-​all, it came off as unprofessional. This all deeply impacted my trust and, when making a purchase of this size, I need that trust to proceed. Based on these experiences, I wouldn’t go buy the car, no matter how rare, even if it did materialize there. I took my business to another car maker and ended up having an amazingly smooth, fair, seamless, process. Love what I ended up with.

While waiting to service my vehicle I decided to check in and view reviews for this establishment. You could imagine my fear when I saw these reviews!
However I need to tell you this place is great!
I pulled up and there was valet service parking. Someone assisted me immediately. While I waited I sat in the comfortable waiting area used their free internet and watched the news. In 30 minutes they completed all the diagnostic testing required for 30,000 miles and told me what needed to be done with all pricing up front.
I then utilized my common sense and current budget to decide what needed to be done. Did they offer more? Of course! But this is where you have to make proper decisions rather than blame a dealership for offering expensive services.
I chose what I wanted and they never questioned my decision making. They just did what I told them to do, I said I didn’t expect to stay so long and had to go to work so they gave me a Loaner.
I came back when it was ready, again was served immediately and guess what? My car was washed!
I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews but my personal experience here was great!

I am an Engineer and Car Enthusiast. I had a pleasant relationship with Jasmine as a rep for Sales. but she turned me over a crude clunker caricature of a bad salesman. I am still interested in the product, but the reviews here make me think not only should the consuming public avoid this place but Ford should be taken remedial punitive actions to stop the damage to the FORD brand.

They should re name this dealership «bait and switch Paramus». Horrible unethical dealership. Take your money elsewhere

I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s over the top amazing or total opposite.
In this case it’s the latter one. I brought my car in for an oil change and fuel filter change.
Not to mention they couldn’t give me a loaner (which I understand since it’s dealer’s policy) and I had to wait for almost 4 hrs.
Then I paid and started the car and as soon as I started the car, low fuel pressure light came on with noise. (guess it’s hard to check)
So went straight back to service and they told me drive it and it will go away.
Guess what?
After driving for 2hrs with weird noise I had to go back and had to wait another 2 hrs.
After all this I wasn’t offered any compensation.
All I got was «oh I’m sorry I’ll try to get it done as soon as possible» from service manager.

I called them AFTER locating a car in their new inventory online.
I inquired about test driving a Mustang Ecoboost Premium with Manual transmission.
The salesperson originally said that the car is actually not there but down south jersey, so I can’t test drive it.
I called back a day later, and when I inquired about the location and address of the dealer, and when it sounded like I was serious about purchasing the car, the salesperson said that there was a mistake. The car IS in their possession and that it is in their storage lot. It was fine for me to come down to testdrive.
I called the day of the testdrive, and he said that he’d have the car moved to dealer lot. I got a call 10 minutes later saying that the «manager» told him that the car was «special ordered for a customer» so I can’t test drive it, but I am welcome to test drive other v6 mustangs in their inventory.
I already knew from the window sticker of the said car that the Order type code was «2», which meant it was NOT a special order but It was ordered for dealer stock. But I just hung up.
I got a call from a saleslady a few days later. She left me a message saying that she understands things didn’t work out with the other salesman, and if she could help me get into some of the other cars in the dealership…
This dealership reeks of 1980’s used car lot with their lies. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemies.

Looking for a miserable car buying experience? Then you will love this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Edge and immediately observed the fuel economy was far below the ²¹⁄₂₇ they advertised. I know most car companies inflate these numbers but I was getting 19.5! My driving is split between city and highway and I don’t speed. Also, the transmission was occasionally slipping so I brought my car to All American’s service department for some answers. Here’s what they did for me:
1) 3 business days in the shop, no loaner car
2) MPG issue — They told me to «check the tire pressure» and «the engine will take some time to break in». The air pressure was checked a few days prior and the tires were only a few months old. I guess these engines take a long time to «break in» because 2 years later my MPG was still under 20.
3) Transmission problem — «We can’t replicate the problem.» As far as I could tell, they didn’t touch the vehicle. Thanks for all your help.
When the lease was up, we called All American looking to trade the car in for a newer model Edge with a reasonable monthly payment. They spoke to my dad and assured him the deal was ready to go. So we head off to the dealership thinking this should be a breeze. Think again. After waiting 45 minutes, they inform us they «can’t find the deal.» This is after we witnessed some clown digging through his desk drawers, running into offices and lying to us. Clearly, someone canned our deal after the phone conversation and instead of telling us, they chose to waste 45 minutes of our time while this moron pretended to be looking for the paperwork.
It’s incredible that a dealership can operate like this and remain competitive but in North Jersey they’re no shortage of new customers waiting to be taken advantage of — hopefully some of them will read this first.

Very deceitful and dishonest salespeople. I was promised a price for a car, only to find out days later when I returned that no one had any intention to sell the car at that price. They then countered with an offer almost $ 1000 more and encouraged me to go to the other dealer I said who would sell the car at a price close to it. So I did. I got a great deal at Fred Beans in PA and saved $ 1,200.
I would give All American Ford zero stars were that possible.

I don’t recommend this dealer for service. They overcharged me on a repair and then told me I needed additional work that turned out to be unnecessary. (They didn’t just recommend the additional work, they red-​flagged it and made it sound very necessary.) When I picked my car up, it made a LOUD noise driving away from the dealer. This noise was something it didn’t have before I brought it to them. I was shocked they didn’t test drive it before they gave it back to me. I turned right around and drove back to the dealer. The mechanic fixed the noise and said something was sticking out. WTH? Not happy with them at all.
Prior to this, I stopped by once to ask a question and they «seemed» to be helpful. But after the last experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I been looking at Lincoln SUVs and have been to other dealerships. I recently went to All American Ford/​lincoln and their price was $ 97 higher then the other two places I then told the sales person that. He said I will see if we can do anything about it. He went to talk to the desk after sending about 10 Mins he came back with the sales manager and he proceeded to tell me that all the other dealerships were giving me great deals or steals and would say «if I were you I would go buy that car» the sales people are extremely rude and so are the managers. Ren F. is also correct about his review. This place is horrible and everyone should stay away!!!

Lies and deceit all around. Could not get ONE honest answer on a used vehicle on the lot. Would not communicate via email. I have been in the business for 2 decades. I have NEVER been treated so rudely and dishonestly. I can not recommend this store to the casual buyer. STAY AWAY. You have been warned.
