He was the founding director of the Multidisciplinary Interventional Pain Clinic at New Mexico Veteran Hospital in Albuquerque. At Albuquerque, Dr. Goswami acquired extensive experience in treating Veterans with complicated pain disorders.
He specializes in treating chronic pain disorders such as Back & Neck Pain, Sciatica, Herniated Disc Disease, Pain in Arms & Legs, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Cancer Pain, Headache & Facial Pain.
The various treatment options offered by Dr. Goswami include, but are not limited to: Epidural Steroid Injection, Facet Joint Injections/Medial Branch Block, Radiofrequency Ablation, Endoscopic Discectomy, Spinal Cord Stimulator, Kyphoplasty, Vertebroplasty and Various sympathetic blocks.

Dr. Goswami has trained at America’s Best Hospitals that rank on the US News Honor Roll. He received interventional pain management fellowship training at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York.
He received Anesthesiology training at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH & University of Arkansas Medical Sciences, AR. He is double board certified and has been awarded the Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology & the Subspeciality Certification in Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
