Ehhh!?! In general, you have been to one Chipotle you have been to all. This place is inside the food court at the mall. I had your normal chicken rice bowl which you can’t really mess up too much — but it just did not seem too fresh. The salad was not that fresh and the extra guacamole was already pretty brown. I’ve eaten at chipotle many times before but this is probably one of their worst locations. I also asked for a bottle of water — the only kind they had was the kind that came fully frozen and as a cube of ice ha. I actually don’t mind frozen water — but probably not how you should sell it to customers. Also — and maybe just an off day but they seemed to have 10 people working there but only 2 actually helping you. Not a fan of this location but normally a fan of Chipotle.

Horrible service and attitude. They messed up my takeaway order, which I had purchased to eat at van saun park with my son and father. It was the chips and guacamole my five year old had specifically requested — completely missing from the meal, as was his milk. I called to complain because I wasn’t about to drive back, circle for 15+ min to find a parking spot, go in to get my missing stuff, only to return to lunch 45 min later. Manager apologized and promised he’d give me a free meal on next visit. I told him it wouldn’t be for a month or two since I lived in NYC. He promised it wouldn’t be a problem, to just walk up to counter and give my name and ask for him. I show up last weekend, asked for manager, recounted what happened and asked for only the chips and guacamole, no need for a whole meal, since I was feeling charitable. He gave me a bad attitude and asked for a receipt from messed up purchase. I told him that receipt was not on me; I wasn’t told to bring it. He said he’d give me the chips but«couldn’t go around giving people free food». wtf?!? This isn’t FREE! I paid for this AND for an organic milk box and you didn’t give me either! Now, I’m only asking for part of what I paid for, not even making you give me the free meal you promised me as your«apology». Don’t bother being nice to these people. Total jerks with poor service to begin with and bad attitude when you return to get the solution they promised you. Replace these guys with someone else!

The only thing that brought me here was the food. The first thing i can honestly say is their porpotions SUCKS. On top of that i was extremely annoyed that they were rushing me… DUDEIMTHEONLYCUSTOMERINTHEDAMNLINE&ITS A FREAKINGWEEKDAY! The fat guy with the tattoo sleeve got annoyed when i asked for Guaca on the side… the customer service here reminds me when u go a DMV… nasty, rude & sucking ur damn teeth. Finally thoughts: food is ok but whats the point when you get shitty customer service & little porpotions? Never again.

I tried the sofritas for the first time, and it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned and has a kick to it without it being too spicy. I love tofu, don’t get me wrong, but if you’re a meat lover and you’re iffy about trying the sofritas, go for it! It actually tastes like chicken. Also, quick service(like any other Chipotle ever)!

Lovvveeeeee chipotle, they recently opened in garden state plaza. So I use to eat here at least 4 times a week. Food is good, the staff is a little stingy with the amount of food they put in the plate. other than that, still loveee them!

Worst service. Workers disorderly and unprofessional. My order bowl was left aside while worker ran back inside and I was skipped. I asked for chicken and I got was ½ a spoon of food. I said politely I am not paying for that under sized portion while some girl next to me order a burrito and had 3x the meat. Worker argued that she has double when you clearly see there is no mark for it on the lid. Bottomline we have inconsistent and lazy workers delivering a bad experience. I promptly left the line and ordered bourbon chicken next door. Listen Chipotle, business is good I am sure my business is meaningless. But I am committed not to pay everytime I dont get a fair amount.

Worst Chipotle ever that i have been to!(i am big fan to Chipotle otherwise) We ordered 2 burrito bowls yesterday and the it was the worst service! They barely gave anything more than ½ spoonful, then is when i literally asked them to add everything more. Then we had to wait for 15 mins for the chips — which btw were stale and chewy! they were disgusting. I asked for guacamole as a side on my veg burrito — which is included in the veg bowl, but they charged us. When i asked them to remove it — she double checked my bag to make sure that i aws not lieing and gave me a big attitude in putting the money back on my cc for the guacamole which she had charged by mistake! There are many great options available in the mall, dont go for this Chipotle!

I literally have Chipotle for lunch every day that I work. That’s 5 days a week. Yes, it’s that good. Even though it’s in the mall, it’s hands down the best Chipotle I’ve been to. The workers are fast and SO unbelievably nice – even on days where that line is out of control. The food is always super fresh. I’ve seen them change it plenty of times and can confirm that it doesn’t sit out all day. I loveeeeee Chipotle!

Standard Chipotle in the mall. Probably the best option in the food court. Unlimited soda and the prices arent jacked up either. Love you Chipotle!
