Everybody is busy doing nothing. Cashier walked off the Only register on that floor with an attitude leaving customers on line. Terrible for the H&M brand.

If only negative stars could be given… Please do not frequent this location. I have never been treated so poorly by representatives who were taking my money. Actually returned almost $ 500 in merchandise due to inexcusably rude treatment. I buy goods, you take payment. This should not be a difficult transaction. Spare yourself the stress.

This review is for the H&M at Bergen Town Center. I wanted to try on a shirt at this location, and the only size in the store that could have fit me was on a mannequin. I was told that H&M could not take the shirt off the mannequin for me to try on, so they called other locations to try and locate my size. 30 minutes later (and without any luck), an employee took down my contact info onto a card stock tag that was to be placed on said item, and I was promised a call when the store’s display changed. Almost 3 weeks later, I decided to call to check on the status, only to learn that the top was no longer in the store. SO disappointing; will never shop at this location again.

Another place I wouldn’t go again. I went to go shopping due to them having an all out sale. I saw a great cashmere sweater for a gift which was labeled 60−70% off. Thinking this was awesome I go the counter and they cut off that tag, scanned it and it was like 50 – 60 bucks. What the??? How was this not on sale. then I turned around. the employee started removing the tags… what a false advertisement. They can keep their business and they didn’t tell me that it wasn’t on sale. they just ripped tag scanned it and told me the total. Whatever… not coming here again. The place is cramped. not a big selection like other H& M.

Whats up w/​the prices at H&M? Are they always this high? It’s like Forever 21 quality or less, but way way more expensive.
