Beautiful Shoes, but Horrible Experience. NO RETURN POLICY. They don’t tell you that when buying their products. I have been a customer for more than 5 years for two children and never had a problem. This past time I was there they promised me that the shoe I bought would fit my son for one year. After one month, the shoe barely fit him. We had the shoes stretched twice and that didn’t help. When I went to return the shoes that I spent $ 75 on, they would not let me even though my son only wore them for one month. All I know is that I will never go back there again, and that they just lost a very good customer. All of their staff is older, unfriendly, rude, and unaccommodating. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Phenomenal place. Real children’s shoe store with good quality shoes. Not cheap or outrageous, but exactly what a children’s shoe store should sell. The service is great with knowledgeable salesmen who take the time and measure and make knowledgeable recommendations.
