Specialties
Lightbridge Academy offers early learning programs for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool aged children with summer camps for older children. The Seedlings Early Childhood Education Program focuses on the needs of each individual child and the curriculum fosters a lifelong love of learning, while simultaneously developing a solid foundation for cognitive, social, and emotional development. Enrichment programs included are sign language, Spanish and music.
Our flexible year-round programs offer extended hours to lessen the stress at drop-off and pick-up times. Everything we do revolves around supporting the needs of our families and we’re constantly asking what we can do to make parents lives easier and further enrich the lives of their children.
Our state-of-the-art facilities are a step above other child care centers and offer high levels of security, interactive whiteboards, Tadpoles parent e-communication app and the exclusive ParentView® Internet Monitoring. Visit us today!
History
Established in 2015.
Welcome to Lightbridge Academy of Paramus.
We are thrilled to become a part of a community that has such a rich
history in education.
Where better to begin our journey than the home of the first known school house, built in 1726! With such a great foundation to start with it is our goal to create genuine, caring relationships with every family member, ensuring the educational success and well-being of each child.
Our child care center in Bergen County has a team of experienced
educators and nurturing caregivers ready to welcome you with open arms.
Our center is currently enrolling for Infant, Toddler and Preschool programs and we look forward to expanding our family and having your child’s laughter fill our classrooms. Let’s start on the road to success together and see what endless possibilities are ahead of us.
Wishing you all a wonderful day filled with love and laughter. We look forward to having your family join our family!
Meet the Business Owner
Neha T.
Business Owner
Come and meet with our center director, Laura Guzik. Laura is a William Paterson University Alumni with over 20 years of experience in the early childhood education field. She started her career in the classroom as a preschool teacher, where she began orchestrating a music and movement program, began overseeing a school health program called C.A.T.C.H (Coordinated Approach To Child Health) and is an American Red Cross CPR & First Aid Instructor. Laura has worn many hats including that of a teacher, instructor, parent service director and director of childcare. She has successfully managed multiple child care centers all while still finding time for one more hat: a dedicated mother who is involved in the community. She looks forward to bringing her experience and love for children to Lightbridge Academy of Paramus.
