We went in there to get a patio dining set and found the one we are interested in. The lady who works there helped us into the back warehouse to see the table we discussed we were interested in. She told us that she would be right back. As we waited we found an even better table, but this woman did not return. We gave her 15 minutes in total to «be right back.» As we exited the store, she was sitting at a computer with a coworker, no other customers in sight. Asked us if we found what we wanted, and we expressed that if she doesn’t have time for us, we don’t have time to do business with then.
We had just gotten or patio redone and need all new furnishings, she lost a great deal of business with her lack of customer service.
I do not advise anyone to use this company as long as this woman is so working for them.
I would have given zero stars, but that is not an option.
