As a golf addict this place is heaven — it is a home depot sized store specifically designed for golf and they carry tennis gear as well.
Despite living over in Hoboken I wont think twice about driving here to check out a new piece of equipment.
In the last 3 years I have purchased 3 drivers, a full set of irons and wedges. Ben, Bill and Roger specifically are knowledgable and will help you find a club or clubs that perform the best for you and fit within your budget.
A prime example is very recently — just 2 weeks ago I ordered a Taylormade M1 10.5* head with a custom shaft — the head was backordered so they ordered me a different head and they would just swap it out when it came in stock. Almost 2 weeks went by and the other head they ordered was ALSO backordered. They proceeded to go out of their way to build me a club from the fitting cart and will wait on their end till the club comes in. Just amazing customer service!
At the end of the day golf is hard enough — buying equipment should be easy and these folks know what they are doing.

What’s going on with the employees attitude in this place? I wanted to buy a new set of clubs and the employees were really rude. I was not able to get anything. Sorry I bother you trying to buy something.

I was there to get preowned hybrid, I found several things I looking for,
So I brought practice spot to test, but one crew came to me, ask me to leave place
Cause I did not make reservation, so I moved another spot to practice, same guy came to me ask me to leave spot same reason, later I went to manager, complain all things happened, even he did not make any apology but excuse only,
If there is special rule like that, why they did not explain from beginning .
Manager only keep saying that store policy, offer me $ 20 coupon.
I said no need coupon, tell them improve your services,
I really don’t like the way they treat customer.

Awesome amazing spread of everything and anything golf! They have such a great selection of clothes, golf clubs, putters, shoes and tennis equipment. I went in for a few lessons with Ron and he’s great absolutely amazing! He starts with the basics and progresses from there. He studies your swing and makes improvements. I’ve been an athlete all my life and had taken private skating and softball batting lessons and just like those lessons Ron for golf is excellent!

very disappointed with the 45 minute golf tuneup. made appointments for my wife and son which were combined into a 2 hour lecture/​sales pitch for the 6 lesson package. not at all what we paid for and both came away ready to try tennis. To the pro Jun — less talking, more swinging and video analysis. We’ll try Golfsmith next time.

This place has just celebrated its 1 year anniversary and if you haven’t seen this place you need to stop in. It’s huge and has almost ever brand you could ask for. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the place is everything a golf store should be. Not surprisingly the Paramus Golfsmith closed after this place arrived and the nearby Golf Galaxy is relocating. My only concern is whether this place can stay in business paying the obscene Paramus rents for being on 17. I’m going to do my part and make all my golf purchases here from now on.
