The worst ever! Everytime we go to this Starbucks it’s an awful experience! This last time was the worst! My daughter ordered a new drink on the menu called Youthberry White Tea Granita. There were all young kids working there who had no clue how to make anything and kept us waiting 15 minutes EVENTHOUGHWEWERETHEONLYPEOPLEONLINE and gave her a hot berry tea!!! When we showed him the picture on their counter of what it is supposed to look like he took it back and after another 10 minutes gave her a light pink barely flavored ice water! Worst part is the manager on duty who looked all of maybe 18 helped him with both drinks! Also, as we were waiting so long we observed how disgusting and dirty it was behind the counter! Not kept clean at all! Will not be back and Starbucks should be ashamed to have their name on this establishment!

The best drive-through Starbucks window by far and the fastest unfortunately it is probably in the worst location ever at the intersection of Route 4 and Route 17. Good for Starbucks bad for the customer extremely busy. But because of this your food is always hot and everything is so fresh, they get deliveries almost three times a day.

For the third time in two weeks I have the wrong drink! How hard is it to make a trenta size mango black iced tea!!! Iced tea should come with ICE — trenta mean’s not venti and mango is the flavor that should be added. I realize it’s not life and death but they are not FREE either — worst Starbucks EVER

I don’t ask for much when I visit a Starbucks, all I’m looking for is a friendly face and a drink made half way correct, unfortunately neither one of my wishes was granted during my visit today. I ordered a grande iced passion tea, unsweetened with no water and the person at the register seemed to understand the order, apparently this info didn’t make it to the nasty woman who was preparing the beverage. Half way through making it she added water to the drink and I commented about it, she read the cup and said in a nasty tone«That’s not what the cup says!» And emptied it into the sink, she then slammed the cup onto the water spout for cleaning with enough force to splash me slightly with the water. She then proceeded to remake it and served it with attitude, saying«iced passion tea for the second time» Really unprofessional. I’m definitely skipping this Starbucks in the future, find a different one where they don’t serve attitude alongside their beverages.

Favorite Starbucks around! Personable, yet quick! Try one of the fancy reserve coffees on the Clover machine!

I love this Starbucks because its a drive thru and on my way to work. The location itself is really nice inside with plenty of seating. The baristas are always really friendly and helpful. I thought it was pretty cool that I can see the barista on the screen of the drive thru as you are providing them with your order. Some of my favorite items that they have are the pumpkin sugar cookies and a java chip frappachino(tastes like a milkshake). What I don’t like is that every morning I can’t stop here because the line for the drive thru flows onto Rt 17 and would cause me to be late. Also they should look into more parking spaces, the last 2 times I’ve been here there wasn’t a space left in the lot and had to park next door at Moes, who I’m pretty sure didn’t really like that I did that but hey girls gotta get here coffee fix am I rite?

So they recently installed this«facetime» order screen where you can actually see the barista and they can see you. Kind of cool, kind of scary. I asked if they can see me and she said«we can always see you even before» which made me automatically think of the messy«out of coffee and xanax days» that I’ve been there.

This will always be my main«go-to» Starbucks. The baristas and staff are some of the nicest that I’ve met.

It’s 10:36PM and I have been trying to get service at the drive through window for 10 minutes. I’ve driven around the building twice to see what the employee inside was doing. I would go inside but I wasn’t planning on leaving my car and don’t feel appropriate walking around in pajamas. She has been cleaning up, early, the entire time. Ignoring the drive through window so she could get out of work a bit earlier when her shift ends. This is so ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Whoever is on shift right now should be fired. *** I stopped and waited before I posted, It’s now been 20 minutes.***

Three different people took my order then I had to repeat it to the cashier who wasn’t paying attention. I brought my own bottle so that I wouldn’t need a cup, fighting pollution must not be in your protocol since they wrote it on a cup and put it upside down on my bottle. I wanted cold brew, nothing else, then I was made feel stupid for not wanting ice. Why would I want water to dilute my already watered down cold brew that isn’t cold.

In terms of space and layout, this is my favorite Starbucks in the area. After the recent renovations, there are a lot more places to sit, and all the tables have their own outlet. This makes this location a great place to bring your laptop and work on that script that you’ve been pushing off, or that essay you got an extension on but haven’t quite had the motivation to start. During the summer, the A/C is blasting and the lighting here is fantastic, since two of the four walls have giant windows. There is also a drive-thru here, which is great if you just want your coffee and gtfo. In fact, they usually have many more people working on the drive thru orders than to-stay orders. That’s probably the only downside actually. I waited 10 mins for my coffee today because the drive-thru was so long, but this isn’t always the case. Also depends on which barista you have working on your coffee.

So I was craving for a cold brew iced black coffee after work today, sadly they didn’t have it available at that point BUT the lady was so generous she gave me a shot of expresso on the house to go with my regular grande iced black coffee– it was made to perfection ! — I’m a coffee snob at this point in my life… it was just made very well. Thank you to Stephanie !- which I believe is her name, she was awesome! This place knows how to make their drinks very well.

My favorite Starbucks out of a dozen or spots within a 3 mile area from here ? Not necessarily because of the drive thru(I rarely even use it) but because of the staff and it’s a very comfortable place to chill for an hour. I use this to unwind from my 2 little boys and wife haaaaa !! Coffee is coffee but this is must go to place to relax.

Not what it used to be, for years this was THE best Starbucks around, now most of the drinks are weak, the iced and hot coffee are lackluster and just disappointing. This place started going downhill back when they made it a drivethru location, quantity went up a bit, quality went down a lot. Someone should find out why a single shot of espresso looks like dirty water, and tastes like it too

I come to this Starbucks sometimes to study. If you’re going to this Starbucks to study, there aren’t many outlets available. This Starbucks gets a 4 star because it is drive through which is clutch and prevents the inside from getting super packed.

Intro: Unlike other reviews, I was not here for the drive-thru, which I’m sure is amazing as the cars parked on route 17 waiting to make a right suggest. I enjoyed the place nonetheless. I was looking for a place to study while my sister took an exam at the nearby Prometric in Fair Lawn. Pro: This location is quite spacious and the arrangement wasn’t crowded at all. In fact, it can actually use more tables and chairs. Even with that said, there were plenty of places to sit despite there already being close to 30 people at the time. There were plenty of outlets. As far as service, the staff was efficient and though a bit too busy to smile, they weren’t at all rude. As far as everything else, it’s Starbucks. They might sell coffee. Con: The supposed off-white lounge chairs have come to appear a bit too brown for the medical professional in me. I completely understand how time and dirty butts have contributed to the change in hue. However, I think it may be time for either new furniture or free hand-sanitizers with each chair. Conclusion: Great location. No surprises. Ample seating. Dirty butts.

3 words… drive thru Starbucks. Best 3 words ever put together. A great location on route 17 right next to the parkway for a drive thru. The staff is efficient and gets everything done even when it looks like a long line. it is really not.

I used to live here when I was a resident! Of all the Starbucks in the area, this has to be one of the best, especially if you’re looking to stick around for a few hours and do work. The store is very large so they have plenty of seating and also a lot of parking spots. They also have a lot of outlets scattered throughout which is great. The baristas are great, they have all been super friendly to me and some even knew me by name since I was there so often! Overall great store, ample parking, good seating, and fast service.

Best Starbucks in the area for a few reasons: 1.) Drive-thru 2.) Drive-thru efficiently labels drinks with printed labels so there’s no confusion as to what drink is what if you’re picking up a large order. 3.) Thoughtfully place those green stick things in the mouthpiece when I order to-go or drive-thru so hot coffee isn’t spilling all over my car. 3.) Ample seating 4.) Most ample parking of the Starbucks in the area. Why only four stars? The staff isn’t always consistently friendly or accommodating. Also, they seem to run out of food items frequently but I guess it’s a busy location. I go here if it isn’t too out of the way of my trip or if I know there won’t be too much silly Rt 17/Garden State Plaza traffic.

This location is somewhat hidden and dangerous. It creeps up fast on you on 17 South so be on the lookout to avoid getting rear-ended. Drive-thru, but no outdoor seating. Super annoying, obnoxious, and immature staff when I was there, which would have made for a very difficult reading or studying experience, had that been the purpose of my visit.
