Subway

I wasn’t surprised that this Subway is no different than the other Subway at other locations that they don’t give as much meat as the pictures. I was however surprised by how poor their customer service is.
The girl who was making my subs was rude and unwilling to provide a standard customer service! She refused to toast my bread because I didn’t tell her before she placed 2 slices of turkey breast on it. «You should’ve of told me before!» she said. I waited a few seconds and she just looked at me unwilling to the smallest effort to remove those 2 pieces of turkey and toast my bread. I didn’t want to argue so I told her never mind to just move on. While she made 2 subs for me, my mind was still thinking about this issue and annoyed. When she completed, I went ahead and paid. When I went sit down with my kids, I realized she never asked me if I’d like any mayonnaise or oil & vinegar! So my sub was not toasted and not dressed the way I would prefer. First time to learn that it was MY JOB to tell them exactly how I want my subs. I guess I was spoiled by other Subways that I was always asked!

They have all your usual subs that you expect from subway sandwiches, and make your salads with normal amounts… but watch the tuna. It did taste a little off once, and I got sick afterwards. Other than that one experience, it’s a mediocre Subways.

Bad and very shady service. During the monopoly they gave out no game pieces. They are a $ 1 more expensive then other subways blaming the rent in the mall. They are in the crappiest mall in North Jersey their rent cannot be that expensive. I use to go in there to get my sub till realized that the just have an ongoing bad attitude towards their customers and are way overpriced. I now drive all the way to Hasbrouck Heights to get a sub. Also Paramus has tons of great Mom and Pop deli’s that you can get a far better sandwich at.

This Subway is in the food court of the Paramus Park Mall. It has all the usual subs for a Subway at prices similar to outside Subway restaurants. Since this Subway is in a food court, table and restroom facilities are shared with other food court tenants but those are generally okay.
