The worst store around. This store told us a puppy we wanted was breedable and AKC registerable. We were also told this puppy was «show quality.» They took our credit card and charged us a TON of money– and after we signed all the papers they informed us our new little King Charles Cavalier is nutered and only pet quality– not AKC registerable. When we asked for an owner or manager– they weren’t «reachable.». We were forced to take the puppy home and wait a whole day to hear from a manager who NEVER contacted us or responded to our numerous phone calls or email. At about 5 in the evening we called Alex (manager) who refused to do anything to make us feel better about being lied to or mislead. We said we’d be forced to go to the store owner to which he responded «good luck trying to get them.»
Now we are forced to return a puppy we fell in love with after we were blatentlt baited and switched!
