This place, for me, was not at all like mall pizza. The wait staff were fabulous and the pizza I had(plain cheese lunch special) was great. My friend tried the veggie pizza and liked it less well, but I would definitely go back.

Eh. Meatballs are good. Wings were not so good this time,. My family enjoys the chicken parm but they don’t serve pasta with it. There is no kids menu and while they have chicken fingers they don’t have fries

Treated myself to Tommy’s. So what good selection of craft beers if you don’t count Shocktop. I had the Don Gregorio personal pizza which I thought was very good, although I was very hungry. Nice employees, nice restaurant. It’s slow on Sunday, done the mall it’s located in is closed on Sundays. BUT… there is a happy hour on Sunday, as well as Saturday, all day with beer, wine and drink specials.

My family and I tend to come here every Friday so I have a large sample size to review about. In general, the service is good. Not outstanding, but solid. Once in a while you will get a night where it seems you are being neglected, but this is the exception, contrary to what the reviews below may purport. The food itself is standard Americana bar food. Good pizza in my opinion, calamari, and I love love love the oven-roatsed chicken wings with onions and peppers. They have tons of TV screens so it is a perfect place to grab a nice draft craft-brew and watch the game. Thumbs up

This is my second time here for gluten-free pizza. The pizza is pretty decent, but the service is kind of crappy. Both experiences haven’t been pleasant. My first visit, the server forgot pretty much everything we ordered. This time, our server hasn’t come by once to check on us, ask if we needed anything, etc. I asked for extra napkins and never got them; ended up getting up to get them myself. Please work on your service!

Real good pizza. Can’t beat the lunch special. Personal pie and a salad(or other options) for like $ 10 could easily be split for 2. Get the Buffalo chicken salad and thank me later. Bud light and coors light for $ 2.50 at lunch also. All day happy hour and food specials on Saturday and Sunday too. I’ve been trying to keep the place a secret but since football season is almost over, come one come all! Real great, attentive and friendly bartenders on top of all that make Tommy’s a can’t miss.

Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza is one of the only«sit down» restaurants in the Paramus Park Mall, so often times, its pretty busy. Ive been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Their wings are a must try! Not your typical buffalo wings though. They are fire roasted, and served with focaccia bread. They do have buffalo sauce, to dip, so feel free to ask for it, if you really want it! If you like Arugula, the Arugula salad is delicious! The cheese and lemon vinaigrette compliment the pepperiness of the Arugula really nicely. I have tried a few of their pies, including the Fico Di Campagnia, a little sweet though, so if you’re not a fan of sweet and savory, I may skip this one. The Mr. B’s Special, San Danielle(awesome), and the Veggie pie, are great, if you don’t like too much sauce on your pizza, and my husband, the meat lover is a fan of the Don Gregorio! They do have a build your own option as well, which is perfect for those picky/non adventurous/«i only like cheese on my pizza» folks. All in all great place. Friendly staff, clean, and a nice beer and wine selection. Enjoy!

I’ve been here before but don’t remember the service being as bad as it was last night. My friend and I got seated right away, on a Tuesday at around 7pm. We had to get up after about 10 – 15 minutes and ask the hostess to have someone visit our table to take our drink order. We gave our order to the woman and another girl came back to the table with our food and drinks. We were not checked on in between, asked how the meal is or if we need anything. They were very promt when the checks came out and walked away. I love tommy’s food, but the service was the reason for my 3 star review. I would be back here, but probably out of 3rd or 4th choice. Hopefully it is better.

Just a classic sports bar scene where you and the guys can just kick back and relax and enjoy the games. A decent sized venue with helpful service made my trip here very enjoyable. They have excellent drink and food deals on the weekends,($ 10.99 for a bucket of Coronas) and let me tell ya something real talk; their food is absolutely amazing. If I had to choose between their chicken wings, and Adriana Lima taking me on a ride to Boogeytown every night, I would tell the waiter to bring me a side of bleu cheese because that’s how incredible their wings are. Amazing lunch deals too, $ 10 for a soup/salad and an entrée which is what I usually order. Fairly decently good looking female bartenders there too. I absolutely love this place and reccomend it to everybody.

A good pizza starts with a decent save and a nice dough and they check the mark with both. The wings are coal fired and were crispy and were half priced on Thursday. Not one complaint about that. The salads ehhh forgettable esp for the price. Not a bad spot if Ure in the mall and want a pie and some beer.

Been to the Tommy’s down in Red Bank, don’t expect the same thing cause it just isn’t. Sat at the bar. At one point the bartender was on her personal phone during a busy night, I waived her down, she acknowledged me, and stayed on the phone like yea I’ll be with you after I’m done on my phone. WAT Salad was ok i guess, bread came out cold(like out of fridge), wings came out cold(they sent it back to be reheated, they did till the chicken was dried out and put 2 cold pieces of bread back on top because they prob burnt the original). The only thing that tasted really good was the pizza but other than that I wasn’t happy with the service. Is there a manager on site? I get it, it’s in a mall but come on. I liked Tommy’s before but I’m def not going back to the Paramus location, too many options in BC to deal with carefree ditzes bartending and lax kitchen ppl.

Yesturday, a group of friends and I came here for dinner. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and were brought to our table right away. The inside is pretty big, plenty of both tables and booths to sit at. There was also a nice bar area with flat screen TVs to watch games on. Since we were seated at the bar, I had the chance to take a look at their craft beer they had available in draft and personally I reality enjoyed the variety they offered. They also offer pretty kick a** happy hours throughout the week. You will definitely see me back in the future to take part in some of those deals. They also had an appetizer deal which our group took advantage of… $ 18.00’s for any two appetizers! We were in a group of 8 and separated the bill into two groups of four. My side decided to get the artichoke dip, clams, garlic bread and calamari. Each of the apps were good, but the garlic bread was on a whole other level… it was not only excellent, it was huge!!! For dinner, my friend and I decided to split a medium sized Capri pie which was a white pizza with shrimp scampi on it. Delicious. I also had the chance to take a bite on my friends bye, bye buffalo pie which was also pretty darn good. Both pies were crispy and bursted with flavor. The crust was probably one of the best pizza crusts I have ever eaten.(Yes, I’m a crust freak). Dessert, my friend and I decided to get the Mississippi mud pie and a espresso martini to wash it down with. The martini was perfectly made and the mid pie easily satisfied my sweet tooth. The food was easily four star worthy, however, what really won my heart over was the outstanding service we received throughout the entire dinner both from our waitress(don’t know her name but she was a doll) and the manager Ryan. They made sure our entire dinner was flawless which it was. That alone easily made give this place a solid 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is one complaint, their air conditioner could be turned up more. It was a tad bit hot inside. Idk If it was broken or not but I’m just a customer and I was sitting there thinking how bad I felt for the people who had to actually work and serve dinner. But if that was the biggest issue, I consider that a win because this place Is just great! I wish I would have know about it sooner. In the end, I left completely full and satisfied, and yes I will be back!

The food is average and a bit pricey for a quick lunch. They have lunch specials that are more reasonably priced but one iced tea and fried calamari set me back $ 16 before tipping. Service is always a bit slow and inconsistent. They do have a nice selection of local craft beers if that’s your thing! The bar is nice and the bartenders are great, fast, and consistent.

My friend and I came here while shopping. We were hungry, but not for anything huge, so we split 2 lunch specials: vodka personal pie and arugula salad. I’ll discuss the food, then customer service. The pie looked amazing! The taste wasn’t bad. Expected the crust to be crispier, but it was a little soggy in the center. The vodka sauce was meh. Missing something. The salad was pretty good. We ordered with grilled shrimp that was tasteless. The best parts of the salad were the plentiful artichokes and the lemon dressing. Overall, the meal was ok and would be good to have again if really hungry for something non-food court. Now the customer service. The waiter seemed upset that we only got 2 items that we decided to split. The food came out and more than halfway through the meal, did a drive-by«how’s everything?» He was preoccupied with the customers behind us who had a baby. So we pay and leave. Went to a store and bought a few things then realized I never got my card back. Went back to Tommy’s and explained to the hostess I didn’t receive my card back and showed her the receipt that I was there. It appeared that annoyed her, so she took the receipt and brought it to our waiter. She came up and informed me the waiter will get back to me. The waiter comes up front somewhat angry and said, «I gave you your card back. YOU left it in the booth.» Really? If I did, no need to be rude. I wasn’t causing a scene or angry about it. I’m being generous with their tasteless food and rude staff by giving this mall joint 2 stars. Next time, I would honestly go to the food court or wait till I get home to eat.

Look… when you order s’barros pizza you know what you are getting — it’s cheap, it’s greasy and it tastes passable, but even bad pizza is okay. So I didn’t have huge expectations going in. Wait. Huh? This wasn’t s’barros pizza??? But it tasted so bland… and it costs $ 16 for a pie I could hide in a lunchables box… and it was so bad… there is a s’barros in the food court and you should just go there and save yourself the headache.

Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza is an above average dining option at Paramus Park. The night I came here(I think it was a Thursday), they were having a special on their beer pitchers + wings. I think both were half off — my fiancé and I ordered the chicken tenders instead of the wings as an appetizer but were accidentally brought wings, it made for a fortunate accident because they were DELICIOUS. The wings are oven roasted, as opposed to fried, and they are topped with foccacia bread, onions, and a pepper. A regular order(10 wings) will run you $ 12, which is more an enough for two people. The wings have plenty of flavor and had a good amount of meat on them. Definitely something that you’ll want to re-order again and again. For main entrees, we both opted to get personal pizzas. I love thin crust pizza, so this was a hit for me. The personal pie costs $ 8 and each topping will run you $ 1 each. This can easily add up, so I’d say limit yourself on the toppings. I ordered mine with sausage and it tasted fresh and delicious, they don’t serve you small, crumbly sausage like at fast food takeout pizza places. The personal pie filled me up and I didn’t even finish it all(I left about 2 pieces). The service was okay. We had a hard time reaching our server at some points but she was overall friendly. I would definitely come back here if I’m at the mall and I don’t want fast food. It’s a great place to catch any sport games and the prices are pretty standard, I think our overall bill was around $ 65 and that includes a few orders of beer and mixed drinks as well.
