I was very dissappointed in the quality and quantity of the bouquet we paid around $ 80 for. I needed an impressive bouquet, tall and pretty for a graduation congratulations and got a small bouquet suited for a small occasion. I specifically said NO LILLIES or maybe just one, with roses and carnations, etc. The bouquet had one or two roses, one or two carnations and about 5 or 6 lillies. When I complained, they offered to go and pick up the bouquet and replace it with a dozen roses that I can get for half the price. I didnt want to embarras my family by having it picked up either. I asked them to credit me half the money because that’s the size bouquet we got. We’ll see if we get a refund at all. Betty and Ruth were very friendly.
