This office has been in Paris for around 15 years, and continue to be one of the best in the community. Always helpful, and make things easy. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Not a better agent in town.

Run run RUN from this office! Mr. Kennedy and his merry band of a$$-clowns will DESTROY you!
I should’ve suspected something was wrong when I first tried to transfer over to this guy. I talked with him and his office about 5 different times and got 5 different quotes. They kept misplacing my paperwork, redoing it, misfiling it, and generally screwing things up. Trying to set up auto-​pay was a fiasco, especially because I couldn’t trust them to charge me the right amount at this point. So I relied on monthly statements.
Well guess what — they don’t send statements! In fact, the only notice I’ve gotten from State Farm since joining this agent is a cancellation notice. I’ve had a perfect record with State Farm for about 15 years until I made the mistake of moving to this office. Since then I’ve been days away from getting canceled multiple times.
This office has misapplied payments, overcharged, and evidently lost payment records. They have constant turnover and the people in the office, up to and including the owner, don’t know how to use the computer machine. They are completely incapable of telling me how much I’ve paid and when and what it covered. Talking to the office assistant is like trying to talk to mud. Clueless, inept, and dangerously incompetent.
So now I have a record of non-​payment with State Farm, despite making regular overpayments. And no one in the office can explain to me why I’m getting such huge bills from their collections department.
Like I said — run run RUN from these guys!
