The Chocolate Kettle food truck specializes in chocolate covered desserts and drinks. Chocolate dipped cheesecake on a stick is our specialty, as well as chocolate covered strawberries.

History

Established in 2013.

The Chocolate Kettle is a concession stand business I created to cater to the chocoholics of NorthEast Texas. We will have chocolate dipped everything! And the only drink we have — Southern Sweet Tea!

Meet the Business Owner

Russell T.

Business Owner

Russell is a Licensed Paramedic with the City of Paris EMS. He has been in EMS for 16 years, and in IT/​MIS since 1984. Russell is also involved in Statewide Emergency Management including certifications in Ambulance Staging, Medical Incident Support Team, Ambulance Strike Team Leader and is a member of TX4 DMAT. He has three kids — Andrew 23, Matthew 20 and Alison 15.
