The worst customer service ever experienced! Do not waste your time with this impolite and clueless owner! Horrible customer service and down right rude. After searching for employee to assist that spoke english after 15mins. one girl finally approached us. We then walked the grounds and had selected over $ 500 worth of plants, trees and scrubs however we had several questions and again no one was around to assist, answer questions or ever came to check on us while we searched the grounds. After almost an hour we were done and walked to the front of store area where girl and owner were located. I asked the girl that we needed assistance and no one came to assist that is poor customer service. Owner states all I had to do was ask for help. Really how do you ask for help when no one speaks English, when you can’t find anyone to help and we are way on the back of the grounds. I informed him that good customer service requires employers to seek out customers to see how they can assist and not the other way around. Smart ass Owner states you see the name on the store, that’s me I’ve been in business 20 years and the summer is slow so we have one employee all you had to do was come back up here for assistance. I stated your inconveniencing the consumer I should not have to track you down then walk all over the grounds again with a million questions. Wolford, the owner is clueless regarding customer service and lacks professionalism and tact, epic fail! So we took our business and $ 500 somewhere else!

This place is huge and has a wide variety of landscaping things to chose from. If you can’t find what you need here, it would be rare. The reason for the low review is the extremely poor customer service! If you ask the workers a question, it is like you are bothering them. I would never ever come back here.
