All Resort Transportation

I scheduled a shuttle and had to wait over 30 minutes. Frustrating. Ended up cancelling their service and taking a Yellow Cab. Not good when you are in a hurry.

Listen up residents and visitors of Park City,
We called to have a car pick us up from this service at 8:45am, as we had a flight at 11 and wanted time to check bags and get settled before boarding. When 8:50 hit and we still hadn’t heard from our driver, we called the service only to hear he was running 15 minutes late. Not ideal.
When 9:15 hit and the driver STILL had not arrived, we talked to the manager, who dismissively offered 20% off the 30 minute late driver. Even less ideal.
Instead of waiting for this over priced and low quality car service, we checked über and got a car in less than 3 minutes. Great car, plenty of room, and pleasant driver (shout out to George from Peak Transportation).
Needless to say we will never use this car service again.
All resort will leave you short!

Great service — shuttle arrived right on time for a 5:00 am pickup. Driver was courteous and drove safely in early morning icy and wintry conditions.

I am surprised to see anything but 5 star reviews. A couple weeks ago we had an early flight from park city out of SLC airport. I am so glad we arranged this service because there were no ubers available in the area as early as we needed. Our driver arrived on time, was very kind and overall it was a 5 star experience. The car was clean and I was impressed with our overall service from start to finish. Thank you! Will definitely use you again next time.

Both trips from and to the airport were perfect. The SUVs were spacious and clean. The drivers were pleasant, skilled and on time. We have a party of five, three large duffels and two double ski bags. Everything went smoothly! They seemed surprised when I tipped them.

They had the wrong names when we arrived at the desk. They had my maiden name and my ex husband’s name. I have no idea how they even pulled up these names since I didn’t even pay for it. In fact, I just got an email asking me to leave a review and again I didn’t even pay for it or set it up! Needless to say, my husband let it go even though be paid for everything and his name didn’t even show up. They put us on the shuttle and I guess figured it out. We arrived safely. Heading back to airport: they arrived on time and delivered us on time. Picked us up at 0800 for an 1100 flight. Early but we understand. Driver was nice but was on his little computer when he was driving. It was the computer which we acknowledge we were on the ride. We didn’t have to do this the first trip. Made me a little nervous he wasn’t totally focused on the road but again I understand. All in all, we arrived safely and on time! Drivers were very nice and courteous! Thank you!

This is the worst airport shuttle service I have ever taken. If you book with them do NOT book online. They quoted me a fee of $ 45 and then charged my credit card $ 78 and wouldn’t refund me for the difference. They stated AFTER the charge that this is because it was an early airport ride. They claimed that I would receive a refund of the difference within 10 business days of my ride IF the shared ride had another passenger. This did not happen. Their customer service is an endless loop of voicemail machines. Eventually I involved AMEX and finally I received my refund… over 50 days later.

Previous rated a 1 as I was unsatisfactory with there business & a charge I felt unacceptable — Michael from the company fixed everything and refunded me my money. No complaints in fact there shared ride of $ 45 is probably the best in SLC. Thank you Michael.

Watch out for the 2 person minimum if you are flying out early. Otherwise these guys are professional and handled my situation with personal care and customer service that I honestly wasn’t expecting. They’ll take care of you going to and from your weird condo for Sundance!
Also a plus that they do stuff in Vegas!

LOVE THIS COMPANY! I travel frequently to Park City (twice a month) and always use the All Resort private SUV service to take me from the airport to Park City and back. I’ve been doing this for close to a year and have always found a consistent level of high quality service — great, safe drivers and wonderful new vehicles. I’ve used their in town taxi service (I think the name is Express 4 Less) as well — a very positive experience! Overall — I highly recommend them!

Customer service is inconsistent. Charged a booking fee for a cancelled reservation that was just made. Michael the manager however, was very helpful and addressed my concerns. I appreciate the follow up and was happy with the resolution.

I booked a transportation with All Resort as it was recommended to me by my hotel. I was given a price of $ 50.00 for 2 people to and fro the airport and hotel. The price was shown in the reserve summary page. I called All Resort as i thought this could be wrong as it was too cheap, but they said «no, it was correct» so i hit «confirm and purchase» my reservation. When it charged my card the price was $ 160.00 not $ 50.00. I called All Resort to explain my issue and they said they would cancel the reservation for a fee of 20%.
I just received a call from the Director of Operations, Michael Wilhelm. He apologized for the incident and refunded my money. He even offered a complimentary ride. Sometimes employees do not represent the company well. It is nice to know the company does care about customers and takes an approach to make it right. I appreciate your concern and customer service. In the meantime, he has taken another look at the website to make sure it shows the final booking price before paying.

I had the worst experience with this company. We had to wait an hour before leaving the airport and on our return trip they said they they would pick us up at 10 and never showed up even though they confirmed a day before. In a panic we were able to order an über, which was MUCH cheaper. I’ll never use this service again. Horrible.

Want to make your flight on time? DON’T BOOK All Resort Express. We had a 6:00 am shuttle pickup time this morning to go to SLC Airport from Park City. At 6:10 we called to make sure the shuttle is on the way. We were told its 10 minutes away. We called back at 6:30 and were told again that the shuttle is at least 10 minutes away. At this point the shuttle was already going to be 40 MINUTES LATE! Luckily there was an Über SUV on our street.
The saddest part is that after we asked for a refund from the older male we were dealing with; we were told that there is a no-​refund policy and he is willing to refund us 20%. After about 30 seconds he hung up on us right after we asked to speak with a manager. We paid for a service to get us to the airport for our flight. In the Über as we speak hoping to make our flight. Cutting it too close for comfort.
All Resort Express was at least 40 minutes late (that’s called not showing up in my book), refused to refund our money, hung up on us, and might even end up costing us hundred of dollars in new plane tickets, and who knows how long of a wait at the airport during this post NYE exodus. Never using this company again and wouldn’t recommend you risk it either.

We had a private car service with them to/​from airport. Both drivers we had were excellent, they were on time and professional. Would use again.

The cars are very clean and the drivers/​greeters are always very friendly. Great transportation service.

Rent a car, take a cab, or anything else. The driver I had yesterday swerved multiple times into nearby lanes, tried to enter an address in Google Maps while driving, and generally didn’t have a strong understanding of speed limits (ex. don’t go 70 when the quoted speed is 40).
Overall canceled the ride back, and I’m out the $ 35, but honestly worth if from a safety standpoint. Seriously one of the few times where I was close to saying stop, let me out of the car.
