There is only one body shop in Park City that one goes to if he/​she has high-​end cars or classic cars: CKM Collision aka Maedel’s. You don’t go to new guys, you go to those who are well-​established, have an impeccable reputation, get the job done, and deliver beyond expectations: CKM Collison/Maedel’s.
Over the years I’ve lived in Park City, each of my cars has been in and out of their shop for damage related repair work. Hit black ice, destroyed the under carriage of my car, front end? CKM Collision/​Maedels. Bad wind storm sent debris onto my sports car? CKM Collision/​Maedel’s. Minor parking dings on the big truck? CKM Collision /Maedel’s. There is no question who I call!
And, if honesty means something to you — then Chad and Jon will not disappoint:
I took my Jetta into a SLC VW dealer for a recall item. Dealer informed me that I had a «hole» under my car, in some fan area; and a broken piece under my car and if I didn’t get it fixed, then the «guts» of my car might fall out as I was driving; and I should leave the car there, right then, so they could repair it for me for $ 1600. Not trusting them as I just had an odd feeling (heck, I drive my car everyday, wouldn’t I know if something was really wrong?) I made a phone call to Maedel’s. «Bring your car up. We’ll take a look.» The hole? Nondescript, and no, I didn’t need the whole underside of my Jetta replaced. Hole was repaired. And the «broken and cracked frame»? It was a tiny tab with no real use. My bill? Next to nothing for that repair work.
Don’t go anywhere else. Really. Even if your insurance company sends you elsewhere for an estimate, you don’t have to get your car repaired at the estimator’s. Go to CKM Collision /Maedel’s. You won’t be disappointed.

These are people of their word, which you can expect as bond.
Jon the estimator and Chad the owner repaired our 10 year old Porsche Cayenne S as promised, on time and on budget. PLUS Chad took on a back rear gate short in the wiring as his personal vendetta. When it wasn’t fixed just right he said bring it back and he worked on it gratis.
You can’t go wrong if you need a body shop.

Very good experience with CKM. I had a minor issue that another automotive repair shop could not fix, so they referred me to CKM. I called CKM from the first auto shop, and CKM told me to come right over. Two guys worked on my car immediately and solved my issue in no time at all. They were very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience. I was expecting to leave CKM with a few hundred dollars less than when I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was Jon courteous, he was a master technician as well. He repaired my car in record time and advised me how to avoid any reoccurrence of the same or similar problem. I will definitely return to CKM for any future repairs, and I highly recommend them.

My experience at CKM was so good that I’m writing this review before leaving their parking lot. I walked into their office and Jon Brady did not hesitate for a second to jump up, come outside, and take a look at my car. He helped get my bumper back on free of charge. He was so helpful and really exceeded my expectations. I’ll be coming back when I’m ready to do the full repairs!

I recently got into a pretty bad accident with my Subaru Outback. I had extensive front end damage. CKM was AWESOME to deal with! They worked easily with my insurance company and got the work done quickly. This is my first big accident and I was very nervous on how the whole process would go but the CKM staff was really nice to me and they did a GREAT job on my car. It looks perfect!
