M&L Park City Shuttle

This was our first ski vacation to Park City. After reading reviews and comparing prices, we chose M&L Shuttle to get us from SLC airport to Canyons Village. Our driver, Todd, was waiting at the airport for us and promptly picked us up curbside once we had our bags. Our drive to Canyons was smooth and relaxing while Todd was pleasant and informative. On our return trip to the airport, again Todd picked us up ahead of schedule at our request. The drive to the airport was again smooth and relaxing. Todd was a «nice» guy that we enjoyed talking to so much we were disappointed when we got to the airport so quick.

We used M & L for our transportation to and from Park City. Best Prices by far of any private shuttle companies. I did lots of research and looked at all reviews and M & L truly is the best. The van was super clean and the driver was courteous, helpful, and friendly. When we come back to Park City we will definitely use them again.

We just returned from a Park City ski weekend, and M&L made the airport transfer easy and comfortable. On the way in, we called them right after picking up our luggage and the van was there waiting for us at the door. Our driver was very courteous, and the van was clean and comfortable.
On the way back, the driver even called us to tell us he ran in to some traffic (during rush hour) and would be all of 5 minutes late. That is great service!
Best of all, we didn’t have to wait for anyone else to come along — we were picked up and away you go.

We found M&L after reading through a number of reviews, Julius and Alex did not disappoint! They arrived early for both sides of the trip and very friendly and knowledgeable. Julius is the owner and is very informed and hands on. We will use M&L on our next visit to Park City!

Used M&L from SLC to Park City today. Jay was the driver. Very prompt, courteous and cooperative to special requests. We will use them again!

What a great shuttle! Lettie the «l» in m and l picked me up promptly and knew exactly where I was going. She was friendly, the van was clean and the price reasonable.
Will definitely use next time I am in town!

First of all, their prices were a third less than others we saw online. The driver was as friendly as could be, especially after our flight was 2 hours late. The van was new and clean. But what really floored me was that every time I called after making the reservation, he remembered my name! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I Made an airport pickup and return reservation in advance and M&L was on time for both pickups, helpful with the luggage and Both Julius and Todd were very nice. Vans were clean and comfortable. I would use them every time I was in the SLC area

The pros: Great price, punctual service, safe driving.
The cons: The man who picked us up was dressed unprofessionally, had no idea where we were going (despite us submitting our destination address with the reservation) and had his seat so far back that it made it uncomfortable to sit in the van.
Even though I think the price of the service is reasonable, these smaller things seemed to not match the price point of this service. Would hope an increase on customer service/​comfort to match the price point happens with this service.

M&L provided fantastic service. I emailed for a quote and received a prompt phone call to discuss/​confirm. Julius was a super punctual, safe driver and a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely use again on next trip to Park city

After calling the first 5 options on Unilocal,we booked M&L because their quote for a private car beat out all the others — even the shared shuttles.
We booked same-​day over the phone and an awesomely jolly man picked us up a few hours later. He chatted us up the whole ride and was a really good guy — and it turns out he owns the fleet of M&L vans.
Service was great, driver was a great guy, price was right.
One thing that was kind of disturbing. Our driver is a Hispanic-​looking dude (we didn’t get into his origins, though he mentioned he was originally from Florida) and he told us all about how much Mormon trash-​talking he has to deal with in his car during transfers. People just assume because of the way he looks that he’s not Mormon. Well, he is. It made me so mad that he has to listen to that bigoted BS all the time (it’s messed up regardless, but especially because he has to deal with it). Dear humanity: There are mormons in Utah. They also happen to be humans. Treat them as such and stop with the hate talk. Thx.

I’ve used M&L for a few years for both personal use as well as for transportation of VIP’s and employees from our other offices coming to see us in Park City. Julius and his staff are always punctual and helpful. The vehicles are clean and you don’t have the normal B.O. smell you get with cab companies. I also enjoy the conversation with Julius.
The biggest deal for me is the comfortable ride. All too often I get car sick in shuttles or cabs because they are cutting in and out and stopping abruptly.
I found a winner with M&L transportation!

Julius and his staff are always professional, punctual and friendly. We had used other companies in the past but once I found M & L we would not go elsewhere!

This is a great transportation company. Will pick you up at 11 pm with a smile. A super easy and affordable way to get to Park City from the airport. We would use them again without hesitation. On time, friendly, and professional.

M&L Shuttle is a terrific service — reliable, professional, and good rates. If you have 2 or more ppl needing to get to the Park City area, it is a cheaper and more efficient alternative to shared vans. Both drivers we had, Jason (outbound) and Todd (return), were friendly and professional. They contacted me via text to let me know they arrived and were ready to load us up.
In addition, if you need a quick grocery stop (which we did), they charge a reasonable $ 15 to allow for that. Worked out great for us. We will definitely use them the next time we travel to Park City.

This team was always early and polite and friendly. Great value and very fast, safe and comfortable.

Unfortunately they don’t provide car seats. They cancelled our reservation when we requested one.

I called at 10:30 pm needing a 5am ride to the airport, after calling 4 other companies and finding that one was booked up and the others don’t answer their phones at night. This guy answered, told me there’d be an extra fee for such an early ride (that was fine with me), and booked it. Turns out that he couldn’t get any of his drivers out that early so he came himself.

Excellent service and fair rates. If you’re looking for a step above a shared-​ride van and want peace of mind that you’ll get to your destination on time, M&L is the way to go.
Used them on the way to airport from Park City. Driver Caleb was on time, and the ride was great. Can’t ask for much more. Booking was a breeze — made the reservation the day before.
Will absolutely book with this company again and not even waste my time looking somewhere else.

Had 6:00 am flight out of slc. Picked up in Park City and had no issues. Driver was friendly even though I had him up so early! Will use them again if using a shuttle in slc.
