My Shuttle

I planned a conference for 200 people in Park City. We used My Shuttle for our transportation and I am thrilled with the service. I was able to have our clients book directly with My Shuttle and make bulk reservations for our team members. The cars were super nice, excellent drivers and super friendly. I highly recommend them for fantastic service and getting picked up and dropped off on time and safely!

I travel for a living and this was the BEST shuttle ride ever. Magic Mike was the best driver. So courteous and accommodating. I recommend this shuttle to anyone who travels to Salt Lake City!

I did a lot of research before our trip to Park City, including how to get from the airport into town. I looked at at least 10 different shuttle companies before choosing My Shuttle, and I’m glad I did. They offered the most competitive rates ($ 80 each way for 2 of us), and their service and communication was great. I had a text message from my driver the night before our pick up, just to confirm, and then again once we arrived at SLC, to let us know exactly where to meet him. Both times we took My Shuttle, the driver was early, and very pleasant.
I’ll definitely take these guys again when we come back to SLC!

We just returned home from a week-​long trip to Park City, and using MyShuttle to get us from and to the airport was a breeze and a total delight. Before we even left home, we received a text message confirming our reservation and giving us directions on where to go. Once we landed we received another text telling us they knew we had landed and again, what to do and where to go. We were never confused as to the process, which made for much more relaxed travel. We also needed to change the time of our pickup for the way back, which was as easy as clicking the link in our original confirmation email and making updates to the reservation. On the way back, we received the same detailed, prompt service. Throw in that both of our drivers were kind and courteous, and you’ve got yourself a great experience.
I will absolutely be booking with My Shuttle the next time I’m in Park City — and knowing that getting to and from the mountain can be this easy will definitely lead me to put Park City higher on my vacation list.

I highly recommend these guys! From beginning to end the service was prompt and professional. I booked online and had a few questions. They responded to my email within minutes. Once those were answered, I completed the booking and was issued an invoice that I could either pay online or to the driver when I arrived. I paid online. It was easy.
A day before my arrival in SLC I received a text message with my drivers name and how to reach him. It was so easy to text him when I landed and when my bags arrived. Within minutes he was outside the airport door. The ride was quick and Troy was friendly.
Same thing on the way home. I received a text the night before confirming our pickup time the next day and who our driver would be. Travis arrived 10 minutes early and texted that he was waiting outside. He loaded up all our ski bags for us and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
You really can’t beat this combination of incredible service, convenience, and low prices. I would be happy to book this company again every time I’m in SLC.

We three used My Shuttle to and from the SLC airport and our Marriott Mountainside with no glitches. The text messages to confirm beforehand were great; the cost was affordable; all of our ski gear fit; the drivers were friendly and professional. I accidentally tipped the 2^nd one double but no biggie because I was thrilled with the service and the guy does it for a livng as does his daughter. Nothing like reliability. Our cousin has used a different service for many years and is now a believer in My Shuttle for her future visits. My Shuttle drivers have their own vehicles (vans, Suv’s) but the business provides the insurance and communication. All went well.

At 3AM we were informed by American Airlines that our 10AM flight was delayed 2 hours. I texted My Shuttle to see if we could get picked up later since it would be nicer to stay at the hotel later than to sit at the airport. They were super accommodating. The pick up when we arrived into SLC was super easy & quick. They texted me as soon as we landed & once I was at the pickup point, the driver was there in five minutes. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend MyShuttle! The whole process was seamless: from reserving our ride, payment and even text message confirmation of pick up – not to mention, our driver, Martin (who was great) was early for our pick up time; it was so nice not having to worry!

I emailed MyShuttle for a quote and received a reply less then an hour later. I booked a roundtrip ride to the Deer Valley area for my family (2 adults, 1 child). They even provided a booster seat at no additional cost for my child. The day before my trip they emailed me to confirm all the details and the actual driver (I forgot his name but he was the father of the business… which is family owned and operated) text messaged me so that I could be in contact with him on the day I arrived. He picked us up exactly on time and was very professional and courteous. We had Hollie pick us up to take us to SLC airport, she was very nice and drove very carefully on the icy roads. When we come back to Deer Valley we will definitely use them again. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These guys were great. On time, friendly, nice vehicles. I particularly liked the text messages for confirmation and communication with the shuttle driver — helped me be sure everything was set for our arrival at the airport and return trip. Would recommend them to anyone.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended to everyone who needs a ride from SLC to Park City!!! I had Mike as my driver and he was extremely courteous, professional and friendly!!! (Not to mention his nice and safe driving skills through the Canyons and giving me little guide through Park City!) From making a reservation to getting to Park City hotel, everything worked out so smooth and nice!!! They sent me a confirmation email with clear direction where to meet at SLC and Mike, the driver texted me right after I landed (when I was waiting for jetbridge to open) and after I got my bag and he was right outside my bagclaim door! Communication was great that I didn’t have to wait at all. I am taking MyShuttle again when I go back to SLC and I already know it will be a good ride too. These guys were professional, orderly and nice to the customer. They made an exception specific for my situation which showed that they really are a great company. If I ever need to get from Salt Lake City to Park City again, I’ll be riding with these guys.

Travis was early, friendly and a great driver. My hour long trip from Provo to the SLC airport was comfortable and easy. Got their right on time with no issues!
I placed my reservation a week early and Travis reached out the night before to confirm my reservation. It was convenient to be in touch with the person actually driving me to the airport! I will use their service again in my way back.

Awesome family run business. Had Ron as my driver both ways from SLC to Montage/​Deer Valley. On time, friendly service at a reasonable price. You don’t need to rent a car, and if you are staying at nice place you will pay $ 50 per day for valet. I couldn’t recommend these guys any higher!
