It’s taken awhile for me to post as my vehicle has been out of the shop for a month now; however, this shop gets five stars from me because they really did an outstanding repair job. I’d only had it a year before I was involved in an accident resulting in some sort of hefty front end passenger side damage. I was without my vehicle for 2−½ weeks. That’s forever in car years when you live in the burbs. With that being said, I admit I called quite often to check in and John was very polite and forthcoming with details every time. Never rushed me off the phone; very pleasant and professional. It took away some of the angst of not being in my own car. Plus, I kind of rode by and stalked the shop a few times to see if I could get a glimpse of any progress. What?!? Lol
All in all, if I ever have auto body issues with my vehicle ever again (and I hope it’s no time soon tho), I would not hesitate going back to these guys. :)
