T&A Training Consultants was established in 2010, with the goal to help small business owners tackle many of their performance issues within the workplace. It is their vision that every business owner should have a go to person or organization that can help them when needed; because of this vision T& A was formed.

LaTonya A.

Business Owner

LaTonya believes that in order to be a leader that one must be learning all they need to know. She has earned a Bachelors of Art Degree in Communications and a Masters of Art degree in Human Performance and Training. In addition, she is certified in Business Management and College Teaching. Some highlights of her career includes working as an Educator, Instructional Designer, and Consultant. She has always been noted for her dedication, honesty, and great rapport that she has gained with clients and co-​workers.
