CN Spa Laser

I’m fairly new to the area and found CN Spa Laser through a Google search. I gave them a call because I saw they had good ratings; and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in within the day. Upon arriving, I was reassured to see the spa carried high end products and had a friendly, professional staff. The aesthetician was great and didn’t try to oversell procedures. Overall great experience and I most definitely plan to return.

Technician was awesome and exceeded expectations! Thank you for an excellent experience, from a warm and welcoming arrival right through to the blissful treatments and superb amenities’ A real treat and one to be most definitely repeated.

I look forward to coming to CN Laser Spa for all my treatments. The staff is amazing, from when I walk through the door to the completion of my favorite organic micro facial. I always feel relaxed, and my skin is glowing. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

I had a micropeel laser 2 weeks ago the process was not that painful.
After the treatment my skin swollen I turned pink/​reddish for 2 days I was told no down time trust me expect 5 – 7 days down time.
Day 3 I turned brown in certain spots I expected the discoloration to go away after few days since I was told I will start peeling.
After day 5 my skin had some pink spot like rosea and I still have till today.
10 days pass I expected my pores to shrink, some fine lines to disappear something I mean I tortured my skin hoping for it to look better.
I called CNSpa Maggie told me she can’t refund my money stating it is not her fault she did everything right so technically it’s mine. She recommended that I have to pay for 2 more sessions in order for me to see results isn’t it enough that I got rosea and acne after this treatment not to consider it or recommend it again???
Save yourself and your money and go somewhere else at least if they mess up and your skin break out or if u get discoloration they may be willing to assist other than getting it is not my fault I won’t refund your money.
Now I have to see a dermatologist to get some help restore my skin ALL I want is my skin back.
Worst customer service they could at least offer to see me so they can examine the situation or offer facial/​product something to help my skin I took before and after picture.

My face after my glycolic peel looks and feels fantastic! I am so impressed and pleased with what one treatment already has done for my skin’s texture! Jessica and Donna were so informative and helpful! Definitely my new go to medical spa! And so close to me!

Many places will just attack the clients/​customers for leaving negative reviews, but CN Spa Laser went out of their way to improve my experience as a client. Great customer service! My go to place for Brazilians. Great service. My esthetician does a great job. Receptionist is also awesome. I love her tips and recommendations. A little pricey, especially when I want everything done (full Brazilian), but it’s close to home, I’ve been going there for over a year now and their customer service is great.

The best hair removal place i have ever used! I tried several other places but every place has very old and low light lazers. This is the only place i have found that actual uses quality of equipment. Not to mention, their customer service is amazing! Magda is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone i know!

Without a doubt, they offer the latest in technology and products to keep you looking good. I love the Fire and Ice facial as well as the Microdermabrasion facial. The estheticians are knowledgeable and helpful and Maggie and Donna are the best!

Living in Park Ridge this spa has always been my choice… I have ventured off to compare thru spa changes but always came back for the professional personal can & advice. My treatments have been completely on point the last 4 years, with results that have actually steered me away from more radical anti-​aging choices. I had recently tried the Fire & Ice facial peel just a day before a destination wedding. My pictures are amazing and I look younger & vibrant. I say hands down, get a consultation & go for it!

This is the Spa you should go. Friendly service and prices are affordable.
Ambient music in the back and great décor. You can also have variety of green teas and healthy snacks while getting pampered.
I had few services there and I will recommend these to all.
First and foremost I was looking for laser treatment on vein spiders. The technician Maggie was wonderful with all the explanations and patiently answering on all my questions. With two appointments the results are great. Maggie did great job and also follow up.
The management also sending the offers to loyal customers so I was able to save money on IPL, which I am fan now.

Do NOT get laser hair removal here! I paid for 6 sessions full legs and face and never even noticed a difference! I had to pay to get it done at another salon. Even though they are really nice here, I would definitely not go back for laser services.

Booked a spa day with Mom and sisters. There were 4 of us.
The services were great, we had pedicures, manicures, and facials. It’s not a very big place so it got crowded really fast with other clientele. It’s also not a good place for four very loud Chinese girls… other clients complained because we were too loud. Probably because they didn’t really have a place where we could go and wait and not be open to the places where they performed the services.
I think this is a great place to go if it was just you and another person. But as far as going in a group, I’d go to Red Door or Mario Triccoci’s so that you have more space and the staff has experience with dealing with a group.
