In the beginning of my career, I worked in the State’s Attorneys Office and at insurance defense firms, as well as a prominent litigation solo practitioner. I decided it would be more challenging and more satisfying to advocate on the side of the individual and small business, typically going up against a big corporation, insurance company, or the City.
