Charles H. Secor, a second generation member of the parking industry, established Red Top Valet Service in 1991 — with one account and an abundance of enthusiasm.
Since then the business has grown to provide valet services for all occasions. Specializing in private residences and business events, restaurants and banquet halls. He’s also provided parking lot management for large event venues such as the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, IL.
