It makes me sad to read the nice description that they are a nonprofit that benefits people with cancer. The sales clerk/​owner/​whatever I met this weekend has zero people skills, and should go into another line of work. She jumped down me and my partners’ throats the minute we stepped in, on a non-​busy afternoon, because we saw a neat looking vintage Mah Jongg set in the window, displayed prominently, and had clearly been there a while, because the pieces were laid out to look nice and be shown off, not just some closed box in the window. Literally upon walking through the door asked us with an attitude if we needed anything. We asked how much the set was and she had even MORE of an attitude as told us «it’s essentially sold I have four people waiting to be called for that.» I highly doubt that, because it was clearly displayed and took effort to put out like it was. She was rude, weird, and didn’t ask us if we wanted to look at anything else, no «sorry», no suggesting we look at other vintage games she had — she just was a terrible salesperson and employee.
