I had a great experience at Auto Zone. John, the Sales Manager, personally assisted me in selecting the correct rear light bulbs and mounting hardware for my car. The taillight was glitching and causing problems. I made my purchases and headed out to my car. John saw me struggling with how to take out the old parts and put in the new ones. He came out and did all the work for me. Awesome customer service!!!

Run of the mill auto parts supplier. Not that great on service or attitude, but they have pretty much everything you need and their prices are competitive with the other joints in town. Place is kind of hard to get in and out of from Parker Rd and the parking lot hasn’t been maintained in many years so that gives it kind of a run down feel. It’s okay.

This particular Autozone was very helpful. In this case, I was buying a car battery and one helpful employee, Joshua, helped me find the correct battery, test it to make sure the battery was the thing that made my car break down several times, and then helped me to install the car battery. This was all done within a matter of minutes. I will DEFINITELY go to AutoZone for the next time I’m having trouble with my car.

I recently visited this Autozone seeking to have my check engine codes read. I patiently waited in line and when it was my turn, I asked the man if he could read the codes for me. His response was that he could only do it once all the people were out of the store. He was very quick with his response and I perceived it to be rude. There were several other AutoZone employees in the store, so it was not like he would be leaving the store unattended. I did not care care to wait, rather I drove to Advance Auto Parts, where they were, and have always been very helpful, and they read my codes.
