Dear Mesharia Hoffman I wanted to let you know about our experience in your store. Jimmy Dadiotis was our salesman and he is the reason that we made our purchase with your store. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was not high pressure and made us feel as though he was really only concerned with our needs and our satisfaction with the selection that we were considering. He was always prompt to return any phone call and even gave us his own personal experience with carpet, Tile, backsplash installation. He was great and we would certainly purchase again from him and your store. On the other side the installers for carpet that we purchased were also excellent. They worked steady and very hard with no break. They seem like a good working team. Because of your salesman Jimmy Dadiotis and installation team, we had a very positive buying experience. We have not always been fortunate to have that in past buying situations. I think a manager should be made aware of the great employees that they have. I consider them all an asset to your company. Buyers be aware. We placed an order thru this store using the store manager Mesharia Hoffman. She made a mistake and Mia ordered the amount of tile we needed by 900 sq ft. I understand that mistakes happen, but she was unwilling to try and provide a solution. I canceled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you would like to use carpet exchange use the county line store their people are awesome.

Keeping it short and sweet. Beware buyers, this Carpet Exchange is lacking in many areas. Bought some flooring from them and after they installed it, the floor would buckle when you walked on it. After having it looked at, they did not level the floor appropriately and also used the wrong product type for a basement. What should have took a matter of days turned into a several week project. Just be cautious and make sure you get someone who is knowledgeable before letting them install any of their products in your home.

Horrible customer service. They talk a good game but do not deliver. Very disappointed. Who cares that the prices are decent if they don’t have stock and if they confirm the order to only cancel due to stock issues. I had to call them several times to get service. And have yet to get the work done. Stay away from this business

Terrible Service — Carpet Exchange in Parker has always been a so-​so experience in the past when I have used them. BUT, they have dropped the ball with my last purchase and installation. Their prices are good, I’ll give them that, but you pay for it with their terrible customer service, especially if there are issues after installation. They will put on a good face to get your business, but then leave you hanging dry after they collect your money. I finished my basement and had everything prepped for the carpet to go in last. After installation, I noticed that there were seams all throughout my basement between the carpet and baseboards (some part looked fine, others had a gap). The installers didn’t bring the carpet up to the baseboards like they were supposed to. My contractor had to lower the baseboards and re-​paint and then charged me for it. Understandable, it wasn’t his issue. Called the manager I dealt with (Mary), who was pleasant to work with at first, and then couldn’t care less after she charged my card. Ignored my phone calls and kept trying to pass me off to someone else with zero follow-​up. Very disappointing. I guess they are not willing to issue me a partial refund or come and re-​do some of the areas that still look bad. Either way, they just don’t care. My credit card is now handling the issue with them. I will not give them my business again and recommend you choose another store, which cares about their loyal customers.

I went in today to try to get a carpet/​tile quote. I was not recognized or acknowledged in the 20 minutes I was there. I don’t know if it was because I was young and did not look the part, but I was willing to make a deal with a $ 10,000 budget that I had today. I understandthat people get busy, but do not neglect the people that are in the store, because they might be your big sale!

Should be 0 stars. While the prices are low, the service is DREADFUL! Avoid these people at all costs. We scheduled to install the carpet in our new home so that it would be done before we moved in. The work was scheduled with Angela for install on Feb. 10^th. On February 11^th the work was not done and we received no phone call as to why. After calling Angela we were told she forgot to schedule and that the work would be done on the 12^th. On the move in day we found that all had been done except for the master bedroom’s walk-​in closet. Again, we were not informed of this we just were left to discover and wonder. After calling Angela we were told that they ran out of that carpet and we would be scheduled for install 2 weeks later. On the date of closet install we were told they would arrive between 10 and 12:00. After they didn’t show, I called and was told that the install would be in the afternoon. This is unacceptable service and their attitude indicated that it was typical for them to provide this type of service. Do not use Carpet Exchange.

Fred was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about carpet and tile. We recently purchased tile from them. The installers were very very good. They were fast and efficient. They only took one break and that was for lunch. They did a beautiful job. We were very pleased and would use them again for sure.
