History

Established in 1994.

We were building swimming pools prior to getting into the mudjacking business. We had all the necessary equipment needed for doing the mudjacking and had an employee at the time who told us about mudjacking over 20 years ago. We made the transition from pools to the mudjacking industry and are glad that we did.

Grew up in the Detroit area, worked for my older brother who had a swimming pool company in high school and college. I had a hockey scholarship to play at Michigan State University, signed with the St. Louis Blues out of college and played pro for 4 years. After that settled in Denver and started a swimming pool company building pools, then made the transition to the mudjacking business more than 20 years ago.

Dave was great. I called and left a message in the afternoon wednesday. He called back on Friday and said he could probably come by Saturday and give a bid. He was there Saturday while we were cleaning up our new house with a saggy garage. We got a bid right away and told us the basement slab was fine.
He was quick, honest and to the point. We got another bid from one of those foam companies which was 2 ½ times higher and they couldn’t do the job for 2 – 3 weeks. I called that night (Tuesday) and Dave said he could do it the next day Wed. I gave him the code to the garage, because I couldn’t be there in the morning, when I got to the house at 1, it was all done! Dave even put a little extra in another spot that was low for no charge. Definitely recommend.

My experience with Cascade Mudjacking was awesome. I got a recommendation from my neighbor and looked at what Cascade had done for him and was amazed. His porch needed an «adjustment» due to sinking and I saw the before/​after and was very impressed with the results.
I had a cement slab floor in my garage that had sunk two inches on one side and called Cascade for an estimate. The owner, Dave, came out and explained the process, what to expect and what I thought was a very fair price (I’d already had two other estimates). Given what I’d seen done to my neighbor’s porch and the price, I went with Cascade. They showed up when expected and performed better than I thought possible.
My garage floor now looks like I could shoot a game of eight-​ball on it and my wife gave it the thumbs up as well. What surprised us both was that the clean-​up left the property CLEANER than when they started.
I owe my neighbor a six-​pack. :)

I give these guys one star because I called to have an estimate done and I was told Dave would be at my house on a Saturday or Monday. He didn’t show up either of those days and never called. I’ve now called four times and left voicemail messages and no one has called me back.
Apparently they’re not very reliable so I’m going to find someone else to do the work.

Don’t waste your time contacting. I called for an estimate 2.5 weeks ago and got the run around over and over again. There are plenty of other concrete lift contractors that have better customer service.

I had a terrible experience! Dave didn’t do his homework and pumped grout under my foundation into crawl space and into basement against drywall. They couldn’t figure out where all the grout was going so they kept pumping. I finally went downstairs and had to come out and tell them to stop. Completely unprofessional group that left a complete mess.

Our entrance steps were pulling away from the house and sinking.
Cascade Mudjacking solved the problem for a lot less that it would have cost to replace the steps and walkway. Good Job Cascade!
Our neighbor also used him to raise their driveway back up to even with the garage floor.
Good Professional work at both jobs.

Not sure what mudjacking is? I had no clue until the flooring crew who showed up to install my new hardwood floors told me that I was going to need it done to lift the concrete subfloor in my basement up an inch and a half. I called Cascade Mudjacking and spoke with Dave, who agreed to come out and look at my floor that same day and even scheduled me for next day service so I wouldn’t have too big of a delay getting my floors installed. Dave and another guy came to my house when they said they would, drilled some holes in my concrete, and worked their magic to bring my floor back up to the proper height. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, which I’ll probably need to do soon since my garage floor has the same problem.
