Don’t give this place your business. They don’t get clothes clean and their customer service is less than apathetic. I asked them to redo an item that wasn’t cleaned properly — stains remained — and when it was redone it looked exactly the same. I pointed out the remaining stains and asked the girl working there that day what I should do, expecting an apology or a refund of some kind. All she told said was that I should call and complain to the manager. No apology of any kind. Sounds like she is used to these kinds of issues. I won’t be back.

We went here for years and everything was fantastic, about a year ago they started loosing pieces or switching our pieces with other customers. They lost one of my favorite dresses and ruined a different shirt… with their zero liability policy we gave up. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have used this Dry Cleaner since they opened, and have had a great experience overall. There were a couple times that the young girls didn’t seem to be up to the task, but usually they have been very pleasant. Never had a problem with the Dry Cleaning service itself, just the customer service. The prices are great, and when they started accepting credit cards a few years back I was sold. I recently relocated and wish I could find a place like this where I am now.

I have been using this dry cleaner for a long time and have always thought the people working there provided good customer service. Lately, I can’t say the same, my most recent order was for seven items including four sweaters. When I went to pick up the order the person practically just threw the order at me. I started to walk out the door and decided to check, it was missing a sweater. There is a big sign in the place they are not responsible once you left. I can only think they may not have wanted me to discover the missing item. THEN the two women there were rude and acted inconvenienced that they had to look for the item. Still not found! They missed two times on their own they could have found that the order was missing an item: 1) when the clothes were cleaned and baged, should have made sure it was all there. 2) when the order was thrown at me, made no attempt to check to see if it was there.
